  1. Sometimes a meeting goes long, and even though everyone is still in a RingCentral Video meeting, they will turn green signifying to the rest of the company they are done. It would be awesome if the meeting owner or someone could extend the meeting from within RingCentral, or if RingCentral checked if participants are still in a RingCentral Video call before switching back to "Available".

  4. As a small business we have two extensions, each with their own contacts list. The lists are exclusive and not shareable or mergeable. We need one main contacts directory only and would love this option.

  5. We would like to reduce the number of manual steps it takes to configure a new user. Currently we need to manually add users to call queues, park locations, pickup groups, and paging groups, each separately. Ideally we should be able to have these all set using User Settings Templates, so we would have a template for each type of user and all of their permissions would be set with a single application of the template. Alternatively there could be some type of group concept that could be set set using Active Directory/LDAP groups, or these could be used to…

  7. Please add ring groups to call queues, it is not acceptable to make all users receive the call because they are using the app. At least make it to where we can create Ring Groups within the call queue OR to where we can forward calls from the app to another extension using the app

  8. Very special need: as a trainer and I need to do housekeeping after every training session. Deleting every queue and every IVR and every park position one by one takes a lot of time.I'd like to have a "wipe everything" button for the system mailbox. Kind of like a factory reset.

  11. Currently when a team is in a user defined folder the position is set and to reorganise teams a user must drag-and-drop. Would like to ability to activate 'automatic sorting' where a team with an unread message is always placed at the top of the list.'Auto-Sort' should be able to be enabled on a folder-by-folder basis.This behaviour was available in Ring Central Classic but was removed (for unknown reasons) from the new Ring Central app.

  12. This would allow for more automatic integration between Microsoft Apps and Avaya. These would be for things like posting in chats/teams or creating Tasks, Events, and Meetings depending on data received from another source (a new email, data from a list, A button being pressed in a Power App etc.). This would allow more integration and build more reasons to use Ring Central Apps when already setup in the Microsoft Space

  14. My business would appreciate the option of an audio cue that occurs after an incoming call is transferred to you after a warm transfer on the desk phones. Currently it is difficult to distinguish when the call with the person transferring the call ends and when the transferred call begins. I request the option for a beep or short tone between the two calls.

  15. The current theme wastes a lot of screen space on things that aren't import to me. It means a lot of my screen space is taken up by worthless headers and very little of my screen can be used for reading messages. This is particularly problematic for people who have small screens or need larger fonts. It makes glip hard to use because you have to scroll a lot to find anything you want.In particular, on my left nav, I am only able to get see 8 "people" because more than 50% of the screen is taken by the top…

  17. As an administrator , I often get requests to find out what queue multiple staff are in. We have 162 queues and 969 staff so there is no easy way to gather this information.

Currently, the "announcement before joining" feature of Ring Central Conference is broken in the sense that there does not have to be any actual audio recorded for it to still then connect the participant to the Conference. This is a HIPAA concern, especially since my organization is in the healthcare sector and we use Ring Central Conferencing daily.
