  1. Would like to have the ability to assign a unique ringtone to a specific ring group or to a specific inbound number. This will allow the user the ability to identify calls just buy the ringtone. Call Queue X has a unique ringtone assigned to it. For example, Call Queue X is a hotline and calls to this call group it would ring different than other calls.   2. This must've changed recently? I typically have my phone on DND 90% of the time (but want the flexibility to easily switch back-n-forth). I liked that I didn't get notifications on missed calls BUT voicemails would come through passively (as badge # on phone app or showing in desktop app). Recently I noticed that the phone app no longer passively shows voicemail notifications when in DND (unless I physically open the app).Please bring this setting back! Or allow customization with notifications in the different modes... Or make another versions of DND with voicemail/fax notifications on.Appreciate the ability to leave feedback!

  6. Currently, the only way to mask numbers is by creating a customized role for users and masking their numbers that way. Instead, there should be an option or a feature to list specific numbers as Masked rather than creating a role for it

  9. I think there should be a way to remove your custom profile picture to the default image. The only way to do that now is to delete and re-create your extension. This is for RingCentral Meetings & RingCentral App.

When I'm involved in a conversation on my CELL PHONE and my desk phone rings, I would love to be able to send an instant message to the caller with a canned message by pressing buttons on my desk phone.   11. Please bring back the floating video from the prior versions of RC App. This allowed for multi-tasking and keeping the video in the forefront while working in the background. As a telemedicine provider, its essential to see the person talking, while being able to document information simultaneously. Now I cant. This is very ESSENTIAL to my work. Please fix this!!!!

  12. We have a RingCentral account that has many daughter companies under one account. Each daughter company has its own main number, but the softphone will show the parent organization's account number as the "Main Company Number". I can only assume that other accounts are in the same predicament, uncommon though it may be. We would like the ability to choose what sites can see the different company numbers, choose to only show a user the phone numbers assigned to their site, or at the least hide the Main Company Number from the users.

  14. We have spreadsheets and documents with contacts shared with an office. Our new network is not compatible with the RingCentral Phone app where we could highlight a phone number, hit a hotkey and ringout the number. I've found the Chrome extension and Outlook integrations, but nothing for the other Microsoft Office programs.

  15. We are a healthcare company and provide some mental health services to our community through telehealth using RingCentral. We need to have the ability for our clients to reach their doctors and therapists via phone calls, but do not want the clients to have the ability to text our doctors and therapists. Having the ability to block text messages while still allowing phone calls from the same number would be a valuable feature to us and I would imagine other organizations as well.

  16. Customer would like to have the MUTE FEATURE FUNCTION for the Boom Arm (mouth piece) that comes with Jabra integrated with BT/RC apps. When lifed up it will mute automatically, and when lifted down it will unmute. (BT Cloudphone Desktop App)

  17. The RC App messages shows the user's device time.This does not help remote workers. There should be an option to change RC App's time (messages).Call routing follows extension time set but not the messages.

  19. Currently, in CC, it is an extension in chrome that is installed that pauses the call and screens from recording when a specific website is opened. then then the website is closed it then resumes the recording. Northern Safety Co. Is looking for the same type of behavior within UC.

  20. -this feature would provide clients with the option to disable the pop-up-can reduce the amount of time for client's customers to start screen sharing as not all participants are computer savvy-can avoid possible audio reverb if a non-rc participant already dialed in to the meeting
