Logo in email to not be sent as attachment
Many organizations that send outbound faxes email using @rcfax.com to send those faxes. If an email signature has a logo, they are being interpreted as attachments. The ask is for an automated way of preventing those from being consumed by RingCentral as attachments.

Option Add a non-Cyberdata paging device to the paging group
As per RingCentral article# 5925https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Paging-Frequently-Asked-Questions.htmlOnly paging device that can be added to the system are CyberData.Requesting to have an option to add an Axis SIP speaker- paging device and other over-head paging devices brand that works with SIP settings.

Non-Ring Central Numbers Added on Presence
To personalize each employee's experience, if numbers could be added to Presence/preset numbers on their desktop phones, it would streamline the process of dialing the same numbers every day - even if the admin hasn't added them as a company contact.

Hot Desk Phone: Selecting a number to assign to the phone.
When assigning a phone number to a Hot Desk phone, it auto assigns an available number. It would be nice to be able to select the area code instead of being assigned a random number in a different State.

Add more outside forwarding options
Right now we're limited to 10 numbers to be forwarded to outside numbers. We need more because we're using Service Titan to track and monitor calls. We have close to 40 numbers, and all we can forward is 10.

Allow the operator extention to be call queue
I need all of my business lines to ring as the operator because I am not always available but I also need to be able to text from my main company number. The message needs to play when a customer calls my company so removing the option to press 0 for the operator is not an option for me.

RC app Events feature enhancement
- Events should be easily copied from one date to the next. Can't do that at all now.2. Events should be allowed for bi-weekly scheduling. Now you only have monthly weekly, daily options.

Improve the Presence Extension Selection Screen
Currently when trying to configure presence on a phone, you have to click on each button, search for the extension and then assign it. This is a time consuming task if you have multiple extensions to add. I would like to be able to add multiple extensions at once and then be able to drag and drop the order.

Call-Back Support
Call-Back allows a caller to a busy phone to press a call-back feature key (or sequence). The caller will now hear dial-tone and can use their phone for other calls. When the number they had requested a call-back on becomes available, the callers phone will ring (generally with a different ring-tone). When the caller answers that number, the call will be automatically placed to the original destination.

we currently have Ring Central Desktop app and some associates have the RingCentral App integrated with Microsoft outlook.Wondering if while using the Outlook interface if we can direct message other associates, as we can with the Desktop interface.

Transfer to an extension from a cell phone
All of our agents use their cell phone as a virtual extension. When call call is transferred to them from RC, sometimes they need to transfer the call to another user/extension. It would be awesome if they could do that without using the RC app.

Ability to change Visibility settings for Folders
Now that Glip offers personal folders, I want to be able to set, on a per folder basis, whether I see all channels or only unreads or only unread @ mentions. For instance, in my favorites, I want to see all the Glip teams all the time, but maybe under my "junk glips", I only want to see "unreads"

Allow admin/owner of company to transfer between extensions with ease for monitoring text without having to log in or out to possibly mi...
...ss a text. Or, show email of text to AND from extension, not just incoming texts. Not every business owner carries phone and laptop with them to access two extensions at once.. Useful for owners of a company to see/monitor texts for multiple extensions. Used to be able to log into two different extensions using RC app and app with the phone until the phone app was deleted. Not every business owner carries laptop with them.

Generic Key Presses
My company would like an option to change the "#" key to where it reads out a personalized directory. Right now, the "#" and "*" key only have 3 generic menu options.

Distinguish direct call vs queue call, and internal # from external #
When call pops-up in Ring Central app, it is often difficult to determine if the call is coming from someone internal to organization or external #, and whether it is a direct dial to your extension or if it is shared call queue

Alternate Phone Calls Between Groups
As we are growing local business we would like to be able to have a phone number that is listed on or website and when a customer calls that number it will alternately ring between two phone groups (two stores) to distribute the customers evenly.
