Provide an Alert on Portal for Super Administrator for any user that has set "Do Not Accept Any Calls"
Users sometime inadvertently set "Do Not Accept Any Calls" on and then don't know why calls are going straight to VM. Super Admin. cannot see that this is on and it delays troubleshooting resolution.

Receiving a que call while on a regular call.
We have very expensive marketing calls coming in and our agents know they will not receive a marketing call if they are on the phone. Because ring central takes them out of the call que. So they do not use the ring central phone to make their calls because it takes them out of the que. I need them to receive marketing call while they are on the ring central phone. In our business we use the phone all day and it encourages the agents to want to be off the ring central phone waiting for a marketing call. This…

Please allow a Voicemail PIN number to contain repeating or sequential digits. It is easier to remember a PIN number if that is 4 digits only or if it is repeating numbers like 17777 or 1666.

More than 4 People in a call
When I try to make outbound calls, it only lets me add 4 other participants to the call. When this happens, it gives a fast busy signal and does not let me add them in. I know that there is the option to provide the callers with a conference phone number and code, but the clients I am working with are lower functioning and would not be able to keep track of the appointment information and phone number. I would like to have the capability to add anywhere from 2 - 8 people onto a single phone call.

Call log for transferred calls
In the "All Calls" section, having a transferred calls section would be helpful. I answer incoming calls. Knowing what I have done with that call would be nice. I have to keep a monthly call log on paper as to who I transferred it to, if I hung up because it was a dead or sales call, wrong number, etc. In a perfect world I could type in an extension and see how many calls I transferred to that particular extension.

Pause followed by additional digits
I called help desk looking for a way to store numbers in phone book that include a phone number followed by a pause and then followed by additional digits. such as how I have my conference bridge stored in my cell phone address book. The help desk advised they were not able to provide a solution.

Provide a non-updating version of the Macintosh Package
At my instutition all software on computers is centrally managed, including peroidic updates. However the RC Macintosh package performs auto-updates, routinely prompting users for their password to become Administrator. Many of our users do not even have an administrator password, they must cancel out of the dialog. If the user does update, it frustrates our Desktop support organization ,as they are responsible to know the software configuration specifics of every institutional computer.For Windows, RC provides a non-updating version in a MSI for use by institutions. Permanently Change Screen Name on RC Meeting
We have highly credentialed employees that want their credentials to appear in their screen name when in RC meetings with clients. Right now they have to add their credentials to their screen name for every single meeting. If they could permanently change their screen name, it would save them time!

Possibility to refuse text messages from a number
In the admin portal on our number we can decide if we accept "call and fax", "call only" of "fax only". Should be cool the include text message so we can enable or disable text message from some number (like our master number)

The ability to disable features company wide
The ability to disable Glip/Message and other features (like Tasks, Events, Files and Notes). Where our users cannot use these features. Basically a toggle to allow the feature to be used or not

Please add OneDrive as a file upload option in the new RingCentral app.
In the RingCentral Classic (GLIP) app, there existed a plethora of file upload sources, not the least of which was the widely-used OneDrive platform. The new RingCentral app lacks these options. It only has the ability to attach files from the local computer, or Google Drive which is not very commonly used in enterprise environments.Please restore the ablity to upload files from OneDrive.

Add Back the Option to Transfer a Call Directly to Voicemail
We use this feature all the time; especially now that we are working remotely. If we IM a user in the RC app to see if they are available to take a call. If they are not we would send the caller directly to VM. This happened yesterday and our owner was in a meeting when his phone went off. He was not happy that the call came through. We explained that the option to transfer to VM was gone. PLEASE PUT IT BACK. We and our clients need it.

Register customer's number before they can connect to your main number.
We will register the customer's number. Once registered to the main account. The customer will be able to call the main number. If not registered they'll not be able to call the main number.

Subtitles during phone calls
It would be great if a feature was available for during phone calls where you could read subtitles of what the other person is saying. For people who are visual and read lips, it would be really helpful to have that added support. Please let me know if something becomes available!

Sync of contacts between Ring Central App and admin portal/soft phones
We are totally frustrated that any new contacts added to through the RC app do not sync with the main repository of contacts in the admin portal or with the soft phones. Even worse, we cannot export from the app so that we can manually update our contacts in the RC admin portal. This issue has caused us endless hours of work trying to update all our contacts so we can an accurate list when we export from ring central admin portal to csv to do text blasts, etc. Very shortsighted to not have added this crucial feature.
