In healthcare, we do a lot of faxing and our fax cover sheets include our company logo as well as HIPAA instructions as to what should be done in event of a HIPAA breach where a fax is sent erroneously to the wrong party. We would like to be able to upload a custom company coversheet and assign it via user template to all users, remove access to all other coversheets.

  6. Due to having no presence feature, Yealink cordless handsets can park calls and retrieve the call parked but cannot pickup initially parked calls. This should be an option for cordless handsets as it is covered on the subscription.

  10. When adding people to a ring group under a users extension the HUD or Presence does not change to show them having incoming calls or on an active call when that extension is ringing.

    Example
    Extension 11111
    Under this extension you add extension 22222 to a ring group so they both ring together.

    When 11111 is dialed 22222 will not show they have an incoming call when it is ringing or busy if they answered that call.

Currently, when the main company number is used as a fax outbound caller ID or fax number to users, the fax notification received shows that the From name is from the name of the main Super Admin extension.Since it's a company main number, The "From" should show the company name and not the extension name, especially, if it is not a direct number or not an operator set on Auto-Receptionist > General Settings > Settings > Operator and Fax/SMS Recipient.

  14. Request to allow managers of user groups to download the log of calls that have been recorded.

    Currently the manager of a group can go in, isolate by user and listen (and download) the recording of that call, but they cannot download a log file of the call data per user they are focusing on.

    Request to add the ability to download the call log of recorded calls isolated by user.

  16. The voicemail-to-text for a user shows words spelling out numbers instead of numerals. An example is the voicemail shows two instead of 2. It's much easier for us to read the voicemail if this feature would be applied on the voicemail-to-text feature

  19. When I get a call for one party and tried to add a call to the current call, the third party's call goes to voicemail. I am not able to release just the voicemail call. I would have to hit the hangup button which in turn releases both calls. My intension is to have 3 people on the line and when I am finish with one, I can release them and continue my conversation.

  20. Since not all extensions are frequently used, they want to have all voicemails sent to email to avoid backlogs and unread voicemail messages in the RC App. It is to make sure only important messages can be stored inside the App.
