  2. After the recent update for the RingCentral application, the HUD option is missing the ALL option feature.

    The customer and partner want to revert it when the HUD is showing the ALL option.

  3. Previously the dialpad was available on the HUD tab. this was convenient. the new layout removes this and changes the HUD from a clean list to a multi column setup which feels more cluttered.

    while we are able to add quick contacts on the dialpad tab, this lacks the more complete information the HUD tab provides for when people are on a call.

    allowing more control over how these lists of contacts are displayed (as a list or multiple columns) would be great.

Hi Team - Having the option to put the call in the call park & not have it ring to anyone but be able to tell someone that there is a call in call park 1 for them so that individual can pick it up would be very helpful. As of now, every single person's phone rings as soon as a call was in park one and everyone is alerted who was in the call park on the screen.

  7. User status is based on the Messaging side of the App if that is enabled, and not the Telephony side. It is possible for some people not to have the Messaging features enabled.

  8. For large retail business, it is difficult to enable HUD feature on each device mobile App. Customer wants to enable HUD by default or from Service Web enable for all users. We have a potential customer with 3000 Zebra devices wants this functionality.

  9. Using the Plug-In 'Ringcentral for Outlook' you can create and send a meeting invite to one or more contacts in your Outlook. You can start a phone call to an Outlook contact directly from the Plug-In too.If you are creating a conference invite short-term it would be very beneficial to see in Outlook the RingCentral the presence status of the invitees.

  12. Pre July 2024 APP upgrade you could see users, Call Parks and Call Queue Pick Ups. which was very popular with end users. The new version of the desktop app requires users to switch between individual pages to see the above and is very annoying so bring back the one page HUD

  14. When the agent calls from a deskphone, the RingCentral App status should turn to red even though the all is still ringing. Currently, it only turns red if the call is connected.

  15. We would like the option to add the HUD to the customize tabs. We use this daily and it is very cumbersome to click on phone, then hud. If we had a quick access to HUD to add in the customize tab.

  16. The ability to globally update the HUD for all users. Currently, when adding new hires, though the global directory is updated, the HUD is not. To add a new hire, we have to walk around and instruct employees how to add someone, do it for them, or they don't receive an update. The process is manual, and would ideally be something that could be automated, by adding the new hire to a department or group.

  18. RingCentral App HUD apparently overwrites the setup we have programmed on the user presence via Admin Portal.

    Ideally, the new added extension on the HUD should be assigned to the next available key and not overwrite the previous configuration. We need to have an option on the RingCentral app to manually assign the users to the available keys.

  20. Ability to answer the calls from other users using the desk phone however the desk phone should not ring and the user should be notified by a blinking light in the desk phone only.
