A Call to 522 is transferred to 567. The display 'call from 522' remains on 567's device/app.The user 567 should see, who is the originator of this call on his display.

Sort caller ID/outbound call selections by NAME
Currently, the feature allows for sorting by number ONLY and we have 30+ numbers, so scrolling to find the appropriate name is tiresome. It would be great if the name of the number dictated the sort feature instead of smallest to largest number

Text From Call Queue Direct Number
I am a full-access manager for 3 call queues that are set up with their own direct lines. I do not know how to respond to these text messages. I read online at this article (https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/89895/call-queue-texting.html) that you can log into a call queue, but this seems cumbersome. I wish to have the ability to text from the direct line of the call queues that I am a full access manager for. Thank you.

Check Voicemail on Multiple Extensions Without Having to Logout of App and Back In
We would like the ability to check voicemail on multiple extensions without having to log out of one extension on the mobile app and login to the other extension. Example: We have a non-urgent voicemail box Extension 801 for appointment requests that has its own notification settings, and an emergency extension 802 for urgent needs that has notification settings that will page our veterinarians on-call to get a quick response. Free guest account to convert to paid
There needs to be a smoother way to switch over a free account to a paid one. We had some employees that have free guest accounts to be able to chat with our teams. We now wanted/needed to get more numbers we added 2 numbers and was not able to add the users because the email address was already being used on the free account/guest account. DND on all Deskphones
I would like to see a feature on all Ring Central Deskphones, to integrate their DND status with all other agents/ representatives in the company. We can see when they are on a call, or placed a call on hold, but cannot see if they are on DND. This would alleviate a lot of headaches for our team, if they could see if someone is available or not... This is a cloud based system. It needs to be able to integrate with all deskphones.

Ability to customize Ring Central Phone App settings programmatically or set as default for new users.
We are deploying the Ring Central Phone application and there are many steps required by the end user to configure it after signing in. (See examples below)Rather than asking thousands of people to repeat the same steps, we would love to be able to either push the settings via policy or a config file which will serve as the defaults. Block All Calls allow list should support internal extensions and site codes
The blocked calls, block all calls settings on a user extension should also support internal extension numbers and site codes, not just public telephone numbers and area codes.We have scenarios where extensions may only be accessible by a specific site or specific extension.

Auto-removal from Queue if call is missed (user forgot to log out of queue while away).
Our old phone system would remove user from queue if they missed a call completely while available. This is helpful when users forget to remove themselves from the queue while away on break or end of shift. Now we have to monitor this and have an admin user remove them. Not as convenient, and causes delays for callers.

Assign multiple lines to one phone
RC should allow for assigning multiple lines to one phone. If there is one assistant, and they are working for multiple people, the assistant should be able to tell what calls were missed by what person. This is currently not possible. This feature would lead to a great improvement in business environments where the secretary needs to monitor multiple lines. Currently we can only forward lines from the bosses to the secretary, but this doesn't solve the issue. Neither does the Presence feature.

Multiple Caller IDs
Sometimes businesses will provide services for other businesses and need to have the caller id reflect that. It would be ideal to be able to set a unique caller ID for each outbound phone number in use. Perhaps use Phone System > Phone Numbers > All Numbers >Name as the Caller ID. Looks like it is already limited to 15 characters.

Closed caption in Phone app
people that are hard of hearing need closed captions for phone calls too; not just video meetings. This feature should be accessible in the Phone App and for voice mail; it should provide a text version of the voice mail.

Dial 311 in New York City
It would be helpful if Ring Central users in NYC are able to dial 311 this is a city general information number. At the moment we are not able to connect to this number when we dial it.

More efficient way to transfer to VM using the phone
Currently to transfer to voicemail on a physical phone requires several steps, While on a call, press the Transfer key.If your phone's default Transfer type is already set to Blind, proceed to the next step. Otherwise, press the Blind softkey. Enter *0 (asterisk zero) and then the target extension number.Wait for a couple of seconds for the transfer to complete automatically, or press the # (Hash key) to dial out.I suggest programming a softkey with the option to transfer to voicemail with a single press instead of having to go through multiple steps

Parked Call Banner – Automatically Close the Popup When the Parked Call is Answered
We would like the green Parked Call popup box to automatically close when the parked call is answered. This will be a nice feature to have so that we can be assured that the parked call is answered. Currently, the popup remains open, and we have to manually check to see if someone picked up the parked call, which is inefficient.

It should be noticeable when other people have redirected their phone
Problem statement:
- An employee can have a call forwarded to a colleague or a hotline despite the status "available" and is therefore not reachable by the caller personally by telephone.Wish:
- If the call forwarding is activated, it should be internally clear from the status that the employee cannot be reached personally by telephone

Call loop (no warning, when set) must not be possible.Today user A can set a forward to a colleague B who has configured a forward to user A. Which ends in a undefined status (no clue what happens today and how the user can get out of this).If a user may configure that he has to get a clear warning at least.

Fax without activated voicemail
Some organizations have the corporate rule, that always the real person has to take an incoming call. So voicemail must not be used in the organization.But as of today, if you use the combined user (voice&fax) you must activate for missed call 'send to voicemail'.Please find an implementation, where there is no must for this 'send to voicemail) setting
