  5. We have SIP devies that have a single button to call a number or extension when pressed. In our current situation, we need a way to play a prerecorded message when the outbound call is initially answered, then after the message has played, connect the callers for a conversation. I guess it would be similar to a call line recorded message but it needs to be custom and only on certain extensions for outbound calls only.The purpose of this is for an elevator call intercom. Currently to transfer to voicemail on a physical phone requires several steps, While on a call, press the Transfer key.If your phone's default Transfer type is already set to Blind, proceed to the next step. Otherwise, press the Blind softkey. Enter *0 (asterisk zero) and then the target extension number.Wait for a couple of seconds for the transfer to complete automatically, or press the # (Hash key) to dial out.I suggest programming a softkey with the option to transfer to voicemail with a single press instead of having to go through multiple steps

  9. It could happen, that 2 calls attempts come in at nearly the same time. The user get both - has to decide, which to take - even when 'call waiting is off'.This should not happen - only one call should get passed though to the user.

  14. Please make it possible to set up (1) an anonymous hotline and (2) and an anonymous voicemail box. It would be useful to have a phone number and a voicemail box that callers could use to submit anonymous complaints without revealing their phone numbers. Thank you.

  15. I get multiple phone calls per day from a caller ID named "DEBT RELIEF". They come from all different phone number and area codes. Blocking individual numbers doesn't help. I want to be able to block "DEBT RELIEF" from coming in. Can you please add this feature?

When a receptionist or executive assistant for example assembles a group of people in a conference call, once everyone is on the call, if the organizer then leaves the call, the entire conference call ends and everyone is disconnected. We need a way for an organizer to create a call, add a bunch of people to it, then slip out the back door without ending the call they created.

  18. My team supports a variety of consumer calls for different sides of our business. This means calls come in on multiple call queues. Currently, a user can only either be available or unavailable to accept calls. I'd prefer they have the opportunity to only accept calls from a specific call queue at one time vs. being available on both call queues.

  19. If you create a Queue, and a caller ends up in that voicemail, there is no easy way for the members of the Queue to get to that voicemail. They have to be given advanced levels of access (Admin) to the system to access it. Currently, this means the Tech admin has to keep going in and helping the Queue members now get to messages that our general reception team needs to access, and that is nuts!This needs to be fixed ASAP. Please may we request a feature in RingCentral IVRs to update with a message/greeting before the main IVR prompt is played?Our use case is that during seasonal events our business would like to add a very short message onto all their existing main IVR menus letting callers know some useful information (e.g. New Easter times or Sales event coming in April).They do not want to have to update the entire IVR i.e. have to re-record the whole prompt and the current workaround to create a new IVR with the short message then key press to get to the main IVR…
