  2. I like that we can have our phone ring for pickup groups that we are monitoring but would like this to be something that isn't an all or nothing option. I have user extensions on my phone for speed dial purposes that I do not need to have ring when on my phone when they receive a call. Allowing us to pick specific monitored users to ring would be very helpful.

  3. Some customers do have older integrations based on TAPI interface.Not having this option is a barrier to step in.

  4. Customer requests call forwarding from User extension to an External number. If no answer, they should be able to leave a voicemail to their RingCentral Voicemailbox.

  5. It would be useful to have CallerID name to be available in UK as well like in the US. As a business we want to make sure that out customer's are aware that we are calling them since they will see the Name of our business when we call them.

  8. I want to have 1 desk phone with multiple digital lines, whereas if I press the button on my phone, it will dial out as another line than the one that's currently provisioned with my phone. I can do this before with my previous provider. Hope this feature will be implemented soon.

  9. I would like the ability to give different IT admins granular read/write/delete role permissions. For example, I want someone to have the ability to view all phone numbers, but not the ability to delete it or to change it. I want to give someone the permission to view the Auto-Receptionist settings, but not change them. Or the ability to update call queue members but not to delete it.

  10. Let's say I go on vacation and forward all my calls to Deana. When someone calls my line and the call forwards to Deana it should have an identifier similar to queue calls - FRWD FRM Heather Franklin-Tupper or something to that effect. That way Deana knows the person originally called for me but they got forwarded to her.

I called help desk looking for a way to store numbers in phone book that include a phone number followed by a pause and then followed by additional digits. such as how I have my conference bridge stored in my cell phone address book. The help desk advised they were not able to provide a solution.

  14. As the world changes, more and more people will become hybrid employees - working in the office some times and working from home at other times. The RingCentral Mobile App is not always reliable - I regularly get voicemails from missed calls when the app never rang. The desktop app is more reliable but not always easy to work with if you are not setup with a microphone and speakers. It would be most ideal if people can have a deskphone at each location. Currently, you need to pay for 2 lines in order to do that because RingCentral only…

  16. When our receptionists takes a call and forwards it to the appropriate team member, the call shows up on the team members phone as coming from the receptionist, not the original caller. would be easier for our team if it showed the Caller ID of the original caller.

  17. Our main line rings to other extensions, but when someone answers, the call shows up as missed for the other extensions. You then have to log onto another platform within RC to see if the call was answered. This is very inefficient. This needs to be fixed.

  18. Allow callers to press 0, * or # and be transferred to another phone number when the caller reaches your voicemail greeting. Voicemail owners would prefer giving callers a choice on whether to leave a voicemail message, or transfer to another person like an operator, individual or ringing group. Allow within a users voicemail setting to configure the 0, *, or # destination when a caller reaches an individual voicemail box.

  19. We have a business case where a group of rep's has a TF number and a direct number. When customers call the direct number and hit the rep's vm they wan the option to allow the customer to press a digit to opt out of the vm box back to the main customer service number so the customer doesn't have to hang up and dial all over. They would record the greeting to opt out at anytime by pressing "X", the greeting would be interruptible so as soon as they hit "X"the greeting would stop playing and transfer the caller.

  20. Caller ID with name is a basic feature for every other phone I have and have had for several years. Even my cell phone now has free caller ID with name for no additional cost. The base level plan you offer already has more features than I need (Thank You) except for this feature. To upgrade to the next level just for caller ID doesn't make sense. Please make incoming caller ID with name a basic feature of all plans.
