show call logs on call presence
Currently when someone is monitoring an extension through call presence, they see the calls coming in, and they can answer these phone calls. Unfortunately, if the the user misses the call that they are monitoring, it will not show in the phone log. It will only show the calls that have been answered through call presence. This makes no sense. Any call that comes through the presence should show on the users that are monitoring the extension.

Click to dial on Iphone
There currently is no click to dial feature on iphone devices. this is a major problems for mobile technicians who are trying to dial a call while driving. it is extremely inefficient and dangerous to try and type out a phone number into the app while driving. This feature works on Ipad and Android devices but not on iphone which is a major problem. Please implement a fix so that when i click on a phone number in the phone it pops up with the option to dial from ringcentral

Individual contact listings per site code
Require the ability to provide each site code with their own contact directory listing either based on extension grouping based on site code or department groups. Allows for cleaner contacts when utilizing multiple sites.

Allow an outbound call to the blocked phone numbers
When a number is blocked, it should still allow users to make outbound call to that number.

On the Message data export Ability to know to whom they send the message if the recipient didn't reply
Apparently, you will only know the recipient on the MDE if the recipient replied to the message by checking the Glip ID but if the recipient didn't reply you will only see who sends the message <creator ID> but there is no information to whom he/she sends it.

Bring back the pause media when a call is started
We had a feature (at least in the windows version) that paused all music and media if you answer a call. This is no longer an option and would be very useful to not have to manually pause my music when i call comes in so i can answer.

Feature to enable the video recording function for certain users
So we disabled the recording function of meetings for all users. However, sometimes we enable it for certain cases (training etc.). However, to do that, it seems like we need to enable ALL users before we can select that individual to enable the recording function. My question is, is there a setting somewhere, where the admin can enable a video recording function for certain users, instead of toggling it on/off for all users?

Don't notify/save blank voicemails
I receive a lot of empty voicemails where people don't leave messages.Please add an option to RingCentral not to notify the user of these, and instead auto-delete these voicemails.

Location calling from needs to be prominate in Apps
Whichever app is used, IOS / Android or a PC, the location that calls are being from should be prominently displayed. Not popped up somewhere, but displayed in the app. Not doing so users could forget to update and calls to 911 showing up at the wrong location. Important when seconds can count... Sure, they read that pop up or email warning them about it... But if the app indicates the location name, it will help minimize this potential risk to an organization.

Bulk change for users email
Due to rebranding, we need to make a bulk change for users email's suffix to reflect the new domain and I wish if this is available via either API or bulk import that modify only email field and overwrite the existing users
