  1. It would be useful if HOLD was enabled automatically when you hit the TRANSFER button on the mobile app. Right now, hitting the transfer button only brings up the directory, but the caller can still hear background noises while the user is trying to find the person to transfer the call to.

  2. There are a lot of UK mobile numbers that say "Destination disabled" when called. The numbers are not included in the list of premium numbers that can be enabled in Billing > Calling rates > Domestic rates in the Admin Portal, like 0748 numbers.The list should be updated so end users can enable the numbers when needed.

  3. This would benefit large companies / restaurant chains that need to know if restaurants or satellite offices are utilizing their physical phones. It provides Admins the ability to monitor, replace and check on offices/campus' that may not be aware their phone is offline.

  7. It's just a very basic feature and it's strange that you're not able to do it. I'm not able to past in a mobile number into the Ring Central Desktop app when texting a new number/starting a new conversation through RC text.

  15. I sometimes forget to make myself available when I've left my desk. If the icon in the Windows (or Mac) Task bar showed a 'badge' reflecting my status I would be ale to see if I have forgotten.

  17. Currently call logs are only able to show calls that have come through on direct lines, but now how they were then handled internally. Say, if a caller made a call to the main line, then the call was transferred to another person in the organisation, we cannot see that detail currently. All we can see is that a person called and was on the phone with someone on teh main line for a few seconds, then the call ends.

  18. The customer is experiencing issues making calls using a Maltese number and found out that the number is an IVN. We advised that IVNs are intended for inbound calls only. However, we do not support Maltese MVP GO at the moment. We need this added in future updates and all other countries with no existing MVP GO.

  20. On the home screen create a shortcut to Working hours so that staff can quickly navigate to select other numbers.
