Extra options on Dial-By-Name Directory for users who's 1st names fall under same key combination
We have users with names falling under the same key combination, but different 1st names; for example, Sue, Stephanie, Stephen, and Steve all have the same key combination 783.Before the DBN gets to Sue, we have to cross all these names.We would like to have an option to skip to Sue for example.

Showing the whole contact details on the mobile app
When a contact name comes up on the screen when there's an incoming call, it scrolls across and sometimes it takes a while for the full name of the contact to". It should be better if we have a settings where the whole content of the contact name will appear on the screen instead of displays in a larger font and slowly scrolls from left to right.

Program a forward button to transfer incoming calls to another desk phone without answering the call.
It would be very helpful to have a physical button on the desk phone that can forward the call to another desk phone/extension without needing to answer it initially. This can help our customer not having to enable the custom rule on their online account and just be able to transfer the call as quickly as possible.

Sync Quickbooks Contacts
I would love to be able to sync Intuit Quickbooks contacts so that when one of my customers calls/texts their name shows up on caller ID and I could maybe even see their info from Quickbooks.

Automatic Call Recording - Need certain Zip Codes blocked
Hello, we are wondering if there is a way for us to have automatic call-recording turned off for when certain zip codes are called if we supplied them? We were able to do this with our past provider so wanted to see if this was possible with RingCentral. Please let me know when you can, thank you!

Answer the call first and call is being recorded greeting.
When making an outbound call the caller have the chance to interact with the calling number and an announcement will play that the call is being recorded. In this way, the calling number won't assume they are receiving a spam call.

Allow callers to leave a voicemail without having to press pound
We have struggled with clients who say they leave a voicemail, but we never received it. Really they just did not press pound at the end of their voicemail. So, we never receive it, but then they are mad at us for never calling them back. It's bad for our business practices.

Email notification that includes SMS content and associated phone number to email staff
We send text messages to our vacation rental guests, requesting feedback about the cleanliness of their rental upon their arrival with a scale between 1-5. It would be VERY helpful to include the content of their response in email notifications to our staff. A step further would be to have the option to set up filters like Gmail has so we could configure specific keywords, SMS number as triggers to go to specific people's email address.
