Connect an external speaker to Desk Phone
We have a desk phone used in a loud warehouse. We need a way to increase the volume of the desk phones volume for the ring tone on inbound calls substantially so workers not nearby the phone can still hear the phone ring throughout the warehouse and come to answer it when needed. We want to connect any speaker attachments or devices available that are compatible with Yealink T46U desk phone model.

Allowing to answer RC app calls with the shortcut key even if its outside the RC app
Currently, you can answer the call via the shortcut key by pressing ALT A but you must have the RC app to be in the screen to make the shortcut keys functional

Remove the option "Last year" on the download SMS logs
customer is requesting to remove the the option "Last year" from the Download SMS logs as the option is providing confusion between the data retention policy and the option the Download SMS logs which it is not possible to download SMS logs for the past 60-90 days

Adding a more detailed Result Description for the downloaded Detailed Call Logs
If I could suggest one potential improvement to pass on to the engineers to include in a future update. The downloaded Detailed Call Logs have a column for Result Description. The “Receive Error” Action Result has a Result Description of “Receive Error.” Adding a more detailed Result Description could be beneficial.

IVR Fax and SMS options
Each IVR should have the options for where faxes and texts should be forwarded to. Just like Call Queues. Right now, the fax or text is just sent to whomever the main number forwards to.

Searching contacts via department
Would it be possible to enable a method for users to find contacts via the department? Our users all have their department information in their profile, enabling search via department would allow users to reach the right department/person when they may not know an individual’s name.

Mass Delete Custom Rules
We are looking to be able to mass delete custom rule that have been built out in our RingCentral system. We have nearly 400 Custom Rules that we set to have our clients calls routed to their specific Customer Service Reps, and we want to be able to go in and mass delete them when changes are made or clients leave.
