  3. When accessing the voicemail on the Polycom desk phone the text message is also being accessed and the indicator counter on the RC app is disappearing. when accessing the voicemail on the desk phone it should only access the voicemail, not the text messages or fax.

  8. Avaya phones do not have the option readily available to transfer calls straight to voicemail while it's ringing as an incoming call. Having "Connect to voicemail" be an option for presence keys/DSS keys can make it easier for Avaya phones to just click a button while a call is incoming to connect it to the voicemail like the "Ignore and send to voicemail" option on the RingCentral app.

  13. Right now, auto-receptionist has the option to set up a prompt that they will ask the caller to press any key to prove that they are not ROBOCALLS and customer would like to have the same feature-request on a user level. Blocking Robocall does not block them 100%.

  16. My company using Ring Central messaging all day long, which is great, however it would be really nice if folx could flag a message they're posting in chat to be urgent/important. Ideally, that would make the icon in the tray flash/have a different, bigger notification, or something like that. I know this is a semi-customizable feature in Teams (I think you can set it to send an email or just do the tray notification/flash). This would go a long way for our users adopting the tool who are coming over from MTeams.

Currently, it is normal behavior that if you forward the calls to other numbers ( 10 digits numbers) it will only ring the device that is online on the account (deskphone)It would be beneficial for us if there would be an option to make the application also ring if we forward the call to a different RingCentral number ( different account ).

  20. Customer wants to setup their Google Drive settings globally for the entire organization in the Attach File option in RingCentral desktop app. Customer can setup the attach file using Google Drive individually but not globally for the entire organization. Thank you.
