  1. The ability to have "hold" music and "transfer" music while a call is being transferred out or until the call is picked up similar to the current ability of call handing in the call ques yet in the custom IVR.

  2. Please have the capability to add ring group for app and desk phone as of now we can't create ring group for app (mobile/desktop) and desk phone there is no option for app (mobile/desktop) to tick when creating ring group

Please approve this feature Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on macOS devices, This feature is only available or implemented on mobile devices, we want to have the Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on macOS so that we do not need to go back and forth of the RingCentral app to enable the Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on for macOS devices.

  4. Hopefully, it will be added as a feature so that the customer can forward the calls to an external number for a certain number of minutes. For example the call will be forwarded to a mobile number for 10 minutes and automatically revert back to the original call forwarding settings

  7. This can already be accomplished via custom rules, but would need to allow users to add values in bulk by allowing them to Copy + Paste values separated by commas in Custom Rules.   8. Wanted to increase the number of seconds to input the code. Customers are given 60 seconds to input the code and wanted to extend the number of seconds from 60 seconds to maybe 90 seconds or 120 seconds.

  10. This would allow us to keep the current setup we've got in Mitel once moving over to RingCentral. There's no ability to change where the call flow goes once in the DND state. We can achieve something Similiar through call rules, but this seems like a feature that should already be implemented.

  13. We are coming over from Mitel and were hoping for some feature parity between our old system and our new system. There was one feature in particular that was very useful called Monitor Extensions. There is something similar with Presence keys on RingCentral. But on Mitel there were a lot of different configuration options so that users who monitor other users calls could either set the monitor key to ring or not ring. And this was configured for each line so there was more control over what would cause the user who was monitoring other user’s calls would actually ring…

Currently, to page the office, you hit the page option, wait for the prompt asking for a page group, hit the keys for the page group, wait for it to dial then initiate the page.There should be a short key command for the page option. Hit the page button and all users in the page group would be activated.It would also be helpful to have the option as a soft key regardless of idle or on the phone.

Some of our offices receive a large number of spam / scam calls from a wide variety international numbers.We need a way to block specific country codes, or even better, block all international incoming calls (from outside the US).Currently in RingCentral under Blocked Calls, if you enter "+231" in an attempt to block Liberia, save and refresh the page, RingCentral will interpret this as just "231" which is an area code in Michigan.

  20. It would be nice to be able to report an issue that is related to another case by giving the user a location to reference an existing case. Currently when you Report an issue it creates a new case number, which then has to be routed to support staff that already have a case open for exiting problem.
