While engage on a call, I wanna be able to transfer the other incoming call to a different extension without having the current call place on hold.Example:Im speaking with one of my customers and another call came in. I will have a capability to transfer the incoming call to the extension that I want the call to be forwarded.

  4. It would be helpful if we could have a fax preview like you have in the admin portal for the failed faxed in the app. It would be easier to figure out what and why it's not being sent in the app.

  5. Submitting on behalf of a customer. A client would like to only allow users to call specific numbers that they assign, meaning if the numbers that they dial are not in the list of assigned numbers, it shall not go through or it should be restricted. This allows the account to have more control over the numbers that can be called by their users making sure that called numbers are only company allowed.

  6. Recently had an issue where I answered a call to our main number (call queue). When I tried to transfer it, my computer froze up. I could still talk to the caller, but I couldn't do anything to the call. It would've been nice if another call queue member could see the active call on her phone and pick it up. (I was told the other members could pick up the call if I placed it on hold, but that didn't work when tested today.)

  7. When I was reviewing our recorded calls, the hold time is not being included in the recording. I want the entire call to be recorded including the hold time.

  9. when someone calls the main line and the recipient of the call from a queue must be notified even if they are on a busy status.
    just like dialing the direct line of the ext lets say they are on a call and there is incoming calls they heard a beep sound with the information of the caller but call queue are stop receiving calls or notif when they are on a busy status

  10. We often send callers (or offer callers) the ability to leave a message in a message only extension, but we do not have any good reporting of how often this is being used. It would be really helpful to know when a patient selects to transfer to another extension by choice in RingCenteral, or alternatively is forced to go to a message only box

  11. The ring central app does not display incoming calls properly - they show up as OUTBOUND calls while in progress, then take up to a minute after the call is completed to actually show up with the correct details. This has always been the issue since the APP was released!

  12. There is no ability to actively just monitor an extension. Our 20-year-old phone system had this ability. You type in the person's extension and whenever they are on the phone you silently monitor them, a very basic feature for a supervisor. On this "new' system, RingCentral, you have to wait till you see the extension is actively on a call and then click the Monitoring button. This is extremely inconvenient but also very ineffective as you can't do anything but sit there and stare at the extension or else you will miss the start of the call.

  14. Notification alert when a certain number or number series becomes availableThere are times that a specific number series or area code is not available to add to the RingCentral system. Hope there's a way to tag a certain number's availability and notify customers once available without a need to reach support. This is to save time in reaching customer support while waiting for the number to become available.

  18. Businesses often have a backup fax number and it is pretty tedious to have to go between users to check both fax numbers since only one fax number is allowed per user. Would it be possible to add the function to allow multiple fax numbers for one user so that everything would be in the same place?

  20. Use headset control buttons to answer, end, and mute phone calls with blue tooth headphones. We can use the earbuds but the controls don't work and the "connect" button is gone in the new version of the app (https://support.ringcentral.com/mvp/phone/phone-ringcentral-app/integrating-headset-with-ringcentral-app.html) in the Setting up USB HID devices.
