  1. This RingCentral user relies on the MVP mobile app. And, he wants the mobile app Settings > Receive Notification to always ring at all times. As of this time, the default setting is "When inactive"

  2. In the RingCentral app, if the "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls" option is toggled on, it will launch automatically for all inbound calls. It would be nice to have a checkbox to control whether the web page launches automatically, or upon the user clicking a notification to accept. This will enable the user to skip launch on any inter-company or non-customer related calls.

  4. Hello, we noticed that our employees are able to manually change their calling out line (via the app and desktop). Can you disable this function so that employees can ONLY use the numbers that they were assigned? Although we tell them not to switch things on their ends, it still happens, and customers end up calling the wrong numbers since the Caller ID shows our private number on their end.

  6. We can create a group SMS and it will show as sent as a group text . However, when a Tmobile number replies to the sent SMS to the group, we receive the response in an individual conversation. We cannot currenly send goups texts to Tmobile users. This happens in RC Phone and the RC Web/desktop app. Please advise!

  7. in any case there is a downtime or their RingCentral app is not working, want to have an automated system that will call customer to inform them that the they cannot accept any incoming calls since their phone system is down

  10. while on a Carrier call, and RC Mobile App will have another call, mobile device will still ring. Requesting to have the same function with desktop app. Call waiting audio alert. Mobile app's option is only to enable or disable notification settings for incoming calls.

  11. Please change the html element #greetingText on the Prompt tab of the IVR Menu on the Admin Portal. It's way too small to write anything out and see the results. I recommend a min-height property of 500px, as well as keeping the height: auto for the element ".bootstrap-rc textarea.form-control, .bootstrap-rc-styles textarea.form-control"

Currently, if an additional number is required to be added to a user's account, it's not clear whether this comes with an additional fee ($4.99CAD monthly / $59.88CAD per year) and therefore clients do not know/expect the additional price. There isn't a page within the workflow that shows the price for a secondary DL and asks for acceptance, as there is when adding a new license or new phone. Could this be added to make it extra clear there's a charge associated with adding an additional DL?

  14. customer would still want to be notified of a new message even if the app is in the foreground and the conversation is currently in view, at the moment only notifications for other conversations as long as they are not in view sends notifications

  15. We have notifications go into RingCentral from incoming webhooks in form of adaptive cards. They contain text that can be selected and even copied but cannot be searched within the RingCentral app. Would it be possible to update the search function to be able to do this?Thank you!

User is requesting a feature similar to Google Workspace SSO.Once the the user get disabled in Google Workspace, it wont be able to log in using the RingCentral for Teams (SSO).Currently on RingCentral system, user have to log in to the stand alone Ring Central app (mobile, desktop and web version). Admin need to disable or delete the User's extension on the admin page to restrict access.
