USER Voicemail PIN Change
We have User Info disabled for our users so they don't accidentally change their name information. For some reason the ability for a USER to change their voicemail pin is tied to User Info. We need to be able to allow users to change their voicemail pin without enabling USER info in the role. Please add this as this seems like a basic request that should have been addressed already.

Call queue setup for individual users.
Much better if we have this option. So if someone dialed one of our direct numbers and our customer service associate was on the phone with another customer that would put the person calling into a queue to be answered as soon as they were done with their current call.

Alert for changing status to DND
It would be helpful if we could set some kind of presence alert that notified us when a user becomes available. If we are trying to connect with another team member that is on the phone, we have to constantly check back to see if they're still on the phone. It would be nice if there was a notification you could enable to alert when they set their status to DND, so you don't have to keep checking your Ring Central application to see if they're available.

Customer wants if an xternal number is the forwarded call should have the a specific user extension's voicemail email will get the voicemail.

Add DTMF as softkey during an active call
We would like a softkey added to transfer an active call to voicemail. The idea would be that the receptionist would answer the call then hit the softkey to tranfer to voicemail and then hit the line key to select the user's voicemail that they want to transfer the called to.

Dark mode in Teams causes incoming call rules page to be difficult to read on RC Teams Embedded App
Dark mode in Teams/Windows causes some fields on the incoming call rules page (and other call handling pages) to be difficult to read due to font color. These settings are disabled on the admin side, so I believe they are supposed to be greyed out, but given the dark background, that shade of grey is hard to read.

Background Wallpaper Logo / Screensaver
We just purchased and deployed Cisco's 8851 phones to our entire company from Spectrum, programmed/supported by Ring Central. After 3+ weeks of working with our IT department trying to figure out how to get our company logo on the wallpaper of the phones, to have it disappear in 1-2 hours after we get it on there, I found on the forums here that each time the phone provisions, it removes the Cisco saved programming that is directly entered into the Cisco background 3rd party software. - Our users log into app.ringcentral.com using the Chrome browser. How can we retain custom fax covers that our users setup for themselves after clearing their browser cache (without having to re-add them all)? We use a mix of ChromeOS and Windows 10/11 OS's.
