Unified Inbox Custom Filter
Would be nice to set custom default view filters for the unified inbox (aka only view voicemail and texts to keep faxes separate, only view certain shared voicemails, only view voicemail, etc.. I know you can view voicemail under its own tab but you cannot view multiple shared voicemail extentsion at the same time.

Have an option always ring on RC app desktop to ring indefinitely
The setting "Always Ring" would only ring for 6 rings/ 30 seconds. It would also be great if we have the option to have it ring indefinitely.

Customer requested a settings that will allow the super admin to swap the number directly from one extension to other extension with out...
... using the inventory and delete extension option. When selecting the user extension under devices and numbers, there should be an option or a button that says "swap number" and will have an option to select an extension number to swap the number.. To be able to easily swap or change the numbers from the extensions

Want to block the unregistered SMS on the account by disabling SMS on unregistered numbers? Since the only option right now is once you block the number of incoming calls, SMS and fax will be blocked but we need only blocking the SMS only

A possibility of excluding monitored calls from performance reports as they are inflating call numbers for new employees.
When creating performance reports for each rep all monitored calls are counted as a call taken by the monitoring agent. we would like to exclude these to get an accurate number of calls answered/taken.

Custom Inbound Caller ID
Allow users / admins to change the way inbound Caller IDs appear on apps and phones. It would allow more flexibility in understanding who is calling and for whom.

phone would only lit up if call coming from call queue and phone would ring if calling on direct line so that we can easily know where that call is originating

Lowering the computer memory for the RingCentral Desktop App
Everytime the RingCentral app is downloaded on the desktop there's a red triangle that it says "Computer dont have enough memory" new version is getting too much memory on the computer, please have an option to lower down the memory of the app on the desktop.

Reason why the number is being blocked on the account
Customer wants the blocking of number feature to not be so easy to access since if incase it was mistakenly type the area code might
block to the customer's system.

Ability to set fax recipient like in a custom rule
Like when I'm having a vacation, i want to set who's gonna receive the faxes in my company for a specific time and date. for example im out of office every wed and fri, I can set a custom rule where all of the faxes in my company will redirect to another extension only for that specific day.
