  4. It is useful to be able to add more lines on a user extension depending on how many lines the deskphone has associated, so that the extension is not only limited to only 2 lines.

  6. co-workers often request or state they need a phone or video call. It would be helpful to a record of made, or missed calls within a chat to confirm if that call had been made/attempted. The video and phone shortcuts are within this chat, just show me a time stamp of when they were used within the chat.

  7. Be able to change the email where the service notification is being sent instead of only defaulting to the super admin email. Sometime Super admin prefer to receive notifications for account level on another email and use another email for log in

  10. Hello, We would like to be able to turn off the fax feature on our mobile apps.We are encouraging all our employees to use the mobile app on their cell phones but we do not want them to have access to our clients medical records (they are usually sent by fax).
