Please add a way for managers and other non admins that have access to phone recordings or analytics to be able to access them from the desktop app. Right now if a manager or supervisor wants to access any of this system they need to know the URL to access it. Where as an admin can get to this information by clicking on their profile picture and clicking Manage account or Clicking Company Settings then Visit Admin Portal.It would be great if anyone that had access to the recordings could get to them directly from app.

  2. This would be great if you could implement this, I noticed it is already possible for hold music and greeting. I do not really like any of the default ringtones so it would be excellent if you could make this possible! Thanks!

Please create either a system wide MSI or EXE installer with auto update that can be installed with one user profile on a computer and be available with all other profiles old and new.Right now if we install using the exe installer it will auto update but the next user will need to have RingCentral installed on their profile. Or if we install using the msi installer under an administrator profile other users will also have RC available next time they log in but it doesn't get updates automatically and IT has to either push those updates out or manually…

  4. The 2FA call says to use the "four" digit code, but then gives us 6 numbers. The form requires 6 digits, so it works, but...

  5. I work for two companies and they are both using Ring Central. I have two different numbers, one for each company. I would like an easy way (think the way that Microsoft Outlook or Google does this) to swith between accounts so I can call from whichever number is relevant and receive calls from both numbers.

  8. Users should have the ability to customize the error message if somebody will send a text message to their number and that number is not sms capable or cannot receive text. for example, an error message can be. "This number cannot receive text" rather than just message failed because it gives a negative connotation to the company's number.

  12. This would be useful to benefit those of us who have older phones. Ring Central doesn't support an app for older phones. Also if someone doesn't have room for an app, they use the web portal on their phone the same as desktop.

  15. When creating and sending a fax from the RC mobile app, end users are seeing shadows on documents which diminish the quality of the image/document they intend to scan. The request is to use the device flashlight to help remove undesired shadows when taking a picture of a document when sending a fax from their mobile App.
