For presence, I get a fly-out menu which lets me set a new presence status with one click, at least on the desktop app.For the status text, I always have to click once, which opens a dialog, and then click on the status text I want to display. If you change your status text frequently, these additional clicks and mouse movements add up and get annoying.It would be nice if there was a menu like for the presence, which opens on hovering and allows for choosing the text by a single click, and a way to get to the dialog…

  4. Customer wants the call forwarded to AI answering machine (Pop Menu) where the AI will get all the needs of the customer, and if the customer wants to talk to a live person, the AI will transfer it to an extension that includes all the managers of the company

  5. There are integration systems like Multicast Streams that require software version/MPP version to be updated to 12.0 or above. However, the phone reverts back to the default firmware and does not accept the manual firmware update. Allow phones to have default firmware version 12.0 or above.

  7. I have users that create accounts thinking they are just logging into ringcentral. Once they discover they can't do anything I am not able to allocate them an account because the email is no longer unique. Could there be a way to add an admin the ability to take that free account and convert it to use with a managed account? Or another means of take over? Currently I have to create a ticket and get the account deleted.

  14. In the Ringcentral Phone app, you can see the employee's custom status. For example "back on 9/1". In the Ringcentral app, you can only suee a custom status if you click on the employee's initials to see their profile. It would be great if their custom status was visible directly on the Ringcentral app HUD and you didn't have to click into the employee profile to see it.

  15. Need the functionality to transfer a conference call. Currently when you attempt to transfer the call, the transfer button is greyed out. When you do it through desk phone, it drops the call entirely.

  16. This is useful, especially for upmarket accounts that have hundreds of users. Using the IVR Menu and setting it as forward to an extension means hundreds of IVR Menu too, which will be tedeous. There should be a way to let the missed caller choose a keypress if they can leave a voicemail and another customizable keypress option for the directory or other options that the user may prefer.

    Feature Request : Have a Read Only Option when Telus Business Connect User is sending out SMS

    Details : Telus Business Connect User should be able to send out an SMS to single or multiple recipients that is a Read Only. Not giving option for the recipient to reply back.

    Significance of the feature : Intended for businesses who only wants to send announcements to their clients/recipients and doesnt require responses.

    Current behavior : No capability to set up OB SMS to be read only from recipient's end
