Physical phone extension lookup
On our previous phone system we had the ability to start typing an extension on the physical phone and it would begin the lookup of the corporate directory without having to go into a search feature. It would be nice to be able to start entering an extension and it begin to populate users with that extension sequence

Export Mac address list
We are adding a NAC or AAA, that requires all the MAC addresses of all devices that will be allowed to connect to the network to be registered. It would be helpful to have a feature in RingCentral Admin that would allow me to export all the MAC addresses of all physical phones in our R/C account. MAC addresses and IP addresses would be a bonus.

Call from one extension to another
I should see on my end that the call is coming from another extension if that extension missed the call. For example :It will ring to ext 1 deskphone if she missed the call the call will be transferred to me but I should see that the call is coming from ext 1.

Please add personalize able texting templates, so we could quickly respond to clients when we are already on the line with another client.
I would love to be able to send a text from a template. It is useful when I am introducing myself to new clients. It would also be helpful to be able to hit a button when you have a call waiting to let them know you saw their call and will touch base with them when you become available. Modern cell phones an even smart watches have this option. Even the Bluetooth option on my car has an option to auto respond to texts. I believe this would be a valuable tool for agencies. Learn More Icon Under Call Log Reports - Regarding Searching/Filtering the Calendar
The customer would like to request in making the call log report more friendly user by adding the an option or Icon information on how to filter and search for previous months call reports - the customer find the current tab confusing on he's end.

Option to add location on the desktop app for SMS
Hopefully, it will be added as one of the features to add the location of the number that was used to send SMS. This is available only in the mobile app. On the mobile app when you tap the number list when sending new SMS beside the number there is a location where the number came.
