  3. After a call has been answered, the full caller ID can only be displayed via mouse over. That makes it impossible for customer care agents to see the full caller ID and be able to look up the caller in Salesforce. The request is to display full caller ID when a call is answered without requiring mouse over or other intervention on the part of the agent. It is a hinderance to agent efficiency.

  4. The request is to identify valid users and send them back an error or fax failed message to encourage them to re-send the email with an attachment. Currently, email to fax without an attachment gives no response - and is dropped by the Proofpoint spam filter.

As a refuse hauler dealing with a couple thousand customers, it would be beneficial to be able to upload a CSV file of our clients on routes to send a text message from RingCentral that all would receive at the same time. Alerts reguarding Holiday pickup schedule, route changes, and past due bill.

  7. We would like to have the dial-by-name restricted to the the site that the users are assigned to. Currently, when the site other than the "Main Site" is dialed and the dial-by-name option is selected, the all of the users are searched instead of the current site.

  10. The RingCentral App has integrations for web browsers and the ability to click to dial the phone app from a computer. An additional great addition would be to be able to click to dial the desk phone. We use YeaLink phones, and I know they have the ability to be remote controlled from a computer, Sysco has teh same functionality. It would be nice if the RingCentral computer app offered the functionality rather than having to incorporate a headset.

  11. We get a VERY high call volume to our emergency assistance extensions. Too many to be able to return their calls. So we would like to change the max voicemail message allowed to 40. So if a caller wants to leave a voicemail message and the mailbox is full (at the 40 limit), we want them to get a message that the mailbox is full.

  13. Right now I only get an indication on my Yealink desktop phone that i have missed calls. I would like a separate notification on my desktop phone that would tell me if any of those missed calls left a voicemail.

  15. In the past when we deleted a user, the number would go back to unassigned extensions, now it goes to number inventory. It's more efficient, because all the numbers unassigned ext would forward to our main number. With Number inventory you have to manually assign each number to a temporary (dummy) extension and forward.The old way IMO worked better with numbers going to unassigned ext after being removed from a user.

  17. The idea would be to use AI to improve contacts management and people efficiency... One thing I have found difficult since I joined RingCentral is to remember all the names and what people do as I have met so many people...IF when I chat with someone MVP could suggest and automatically create a contact I have been "In contact" and put a note of what we were talking about (like when you send a text and apple highlight and suggest to create the contact if it see a name). And then I could also go back to it and change…

  20. When looking at the number inventory you are unable to see whether the numbers are associated to MVP licenses or are additional local/ international numbers. Please make it easier to understand which license type these numbers are. For example one customer looks like they have 287 numbers available in the inventory but only 1 of these is actually an additional local number.
