  1. We use Cisco 8861 desk phones. When a call is on hold after pressing the transfer option, if you decide to use the Contacts button to search for a contact, you must press that button, pick what directory to search, enter in your search parameters, press the search button, wait for the results then choose the result you want and press call all within 12 seconds. If you fail to do all of that you get a timeout message and at that point you have to cancel the contact search and resume the call and then try it again and…

  9. Feature to prevent users to listen to voicemails at the same time.This way, the work won't be doubled.For example, I have called into the voicemail for 1620 and I am listening to t he messages. John then calls into the voicemail is also listening to the same messages I am listening to. This is causing twice the work. On Mitel, the Mitel system would say "I'm sorry but someone is accessing this voicemail at this time. Please try your call again later."

  10. I know I previously came across a place previously where I could see all the different teams which have been created on our account, but I can't find it anymore. I only see the teams I am a member of - I know there are a number of other teams. As the system administrator/owner, I know there was a place I could go to see ALL the teams, whether I was a member or not...

  12. You know that little red dot you see on your phone icon that tells you there's a missed call? Well, it would be so much better if it went away as soon as you checked your phone. Right now, you have to toggle between all your calls and just the missed ones to make it disappear. It would be awesome if just opening the phone app or clicking on the missed call could make that annoying little red dot go away.

  14. Why is it useful? - To have an organized way of submitting and tracking support cases and to see the volume of the affected users on the account. Who would benefit from it? - RingCentral, IT supports, Super Admin.- Eliminates multiple duplicated cases by different non-Super Admin users. How should it work? - It can be added as role permission. This should be disabled by default for Standard users. Or can be a permission modifiable for custom roles.

  16. It is a violation of our state procurement law to us the government credit card for monthly services. Here are a few options that would be useful in this case: Allow governement agencies to establish a line of credit and pay via purchase order (live check of EFT) on the basic subscription level, PayPal, or reloadable gift cards. We want to keep this srvice, but may be forced to close the account because it is illegal to pay by credit card. We do not operate at $500 worth of business.

  17. I have call screening turned on. Callers that hang up on the call screening are ringing my desk phone one time most of the time, and giving me a missed call notification. This should not happen. How do I prevent calls from ringing my phone once?

It would be helpful to send text messages at a specific time so it's more acceptable and professional, especially when it's late and we can only check it at a later time, we can at least draft a response and send it on a more acceptable time of the day.It would be helpful to schedule text messages so we can send them at a later time when it's more acceptable by professional means.
