Send Fax through FastFax integration
We are using FastFax Integrations and we would like to send RC Fax through FastFax.

Checkbox beside Fax Messages (to check off when fax has been reviewed)
I get so many fax messages, and I can't always check them right away. Usually I'll save the fax message as a PDF if the relevant file folder (for client files -- I'm a lawyer). But I don't always have time. It would be great if there were a checkbox beside each fax message, so we could check it off once we've dealt with the fax message (saved the file to the relevant folder). (I don't want to delete them). And otherwise, as I'm going through the list, it's hard to keep track of which fax messages I've reviewed

Numerical tally of voicemails on Poly phones
Our users are used to seeing a numeric tally of the voicemails that they have on our old system being displayed on the phone. They are used to looking at the phone screen in the morning and seeing that they have a certain number of voicemails, which helps them plan their morning schedule. This is a very useful feature that they came to depend on with our old carrier. They would like to get this feature back.

Ability for a member of a queue to send calls straight to voicemail
Sometimes we want a user in a sequential call queue to be able to send an incoming call straight to voicemail. What happens now is if a user declines a call, it moves to the next user in the queue as expected, but we'd like to have the option to send to voicemail when a call is declined rather than ring the next person in the queue.

Phone number called on call logs for users on RC app
Customer would like to have their old setting that once somebody called a user they can see what phone number it came from.

Enable editing for "Block robocalls"
After listening to the available recording under "Block robocalls" section under the "Phone System" setup, I realized that it was not what I would like to have. Regrettably, I am not allowed to edit as I am in other areas where a recording is available. I would like to suggest the addition of editing to this as well.

Call being recorded notification for transfers
Currently the system does not notify a caller that a call is being recorded when the call is transferred via a warm handoff from a line that does not use recording to a line that has call recording acivated even though the call is recorded after the transfer. This works against our legal obligation to notify callers that their call is being recorded

Add contact to Group Message
We are always forgetting to add someone and would like the ability to add a contact to a current group message. Would also love to have more then 10 to a group chat.

Ability for multiple users/extensions to use a physical phone
We're a mail order company currently using Mitel on-prem. The holiday season is very busy for us and we man our phones in multiple shifts. Would like to see the ability for a user or a users assigned extension be able to login to a phone to share the phone and workstation like we currently do with Mitel. This would greatly limit the number of workstations and space needed (which may be a limitation that stops us from proceeding with Ringcentral at our location)

See Callers in waiting
It would be nice to see how many callers are in queue vs what is actually ringing through. Either via a report or live.

manually edit time field when creating a custom rule
Your current process requires the user to use your arrows to select the time instead of allowing the user to directly enter the time... annoying.

Ability to change voice mail email notifications
Can we please change the voicemail notifications so that either the person leaving the voicemail or RingCentral can filter voice mails between which voice mails are considered urgent and which are not.This is so that users can determine what they need to respond to in what manner of time. Currently all voice mails have urgent in the subject line.

Message Layout
In the app for messaging, could the message we sent be on the right side of the screen like in Teams, and the other members messages be on the left side? It's so hard to read right now with everything on the left side.

Add Message like features to SMS Threads
We text our clients a LOT. To the point it can be difficult to keep track of things that have been addressed or not. Having some of the functionality available in normal Messages for SMS threads would be a huge help to manage them. I realize SMS doesn't support the interactive type features where both sides of a convo see things (tasks, events, etc). But being able to do things like Pin specific texts, Attach files to a thread, have the images tab show any images sent/received, assign a task/event (and perhaps give the task assignee visibility to the thread),…

Autoprovision Yealink T58W phone & expansion module
Ring Central documentation states that it supports Yealink T58W phones. Unable to provision phone from portal, had to log a support case. Also, unable to add expansion model "exp50" at all, even though you can on lower models in the portal.

UPLOAD CSV CONTACTS IN ONE GO
Please allow CSV contacts to be uploaded in full, customer is adding 5593 members but is only able to add 13 members once the upload reaches 5000. In addition, creating contact group only allows 200 at a time - cust requests if the contacts can be selected all at once.

Increase amount of members for simultaneous forwarding in a call queue.
Customer would like to have the option to route calls simultaneously to more than 10 members on the call queue.

RingCentral Phone for Alexa
Just got an Alexa Echo Show 8. Would like to see a RC Phone app for it. On the show, maybe it could do video, as well. I did see the Meetings app, but I don't want a meeting--I want a 1-to-1 experience just like voice phone.
