  1. there should be an option to announce incoming queue name, not just display, press 1 to accept. that way, the member knows how to answer if he/she is in various queues...

  2. Current behavior: If you type or enter an IP address or domain name, it is automatically displayed as a clickable hyperlink. Desire behavior: The ability to right click on the string identified by RC app as a hyperlink and remove the hyperlink so that it's displayed as just a raw stringThis will improve cases where the RC app misidentifies text as a hyperlink and also allows users to share links/IPs while removing the risk of an accidental click, should the link or IP be malicious or intended to be not clickable

  3. As admin we can monitor calls easily, but there is no way to monitor chats between employees or in teams you are not a member of. You should be able to monitor chats the same way you can monitor calls. An admin should also be able to delete teams created by non admins.

  4. today if a user private parks a call, it just flashes on the phones with no tone. A tone would better help the user to know a call is waiting

When callers call in they currently hear "Call are being recorded" then "Thank you for calling XXX department, please hold." but we would like them to hear our company greeting first followed by "calls are being recorded". We fear that when they hear calls are being recorded first, they hang up before hearing the company name.

  11. We have out main call queue going between only two people. Not having any options between 1 minute of wait time and 30 seconds has caused us and our customers some issues. When the phone rings for 1 minute our customers believe that there is an issue with the phone line and hang up before getting to the voicemail. When our phones are ringing for a full minute when we are otherwise engaged causes a disruption to our workflow. We do not want to be on do not disturb because there are some calls we would answer.   12. I bought a phone system with local voicemail capabilities. I want all voicemails to go through the phones in the office, rather than through spectrum. Is there any way to set this up and disable voicemail but allow it to go through the system in my office?

  15. Per the description, it seems odd that the option to have Simultaneous ring is not available for a call queue when adding a fail over group. For contractual SLA's on call answering, having anything other than Simultaneous pushing the call beyond the SLA when agents are unable to answer the call.

When creating User Template, each can have a different settings for individuals within the same department, the name given to the Template can only be a certain length of character because the window you receive when clicking a template cannot be resizedand the logical name for the template can mean different things to the user opposed to the creator.It would be really helpful if the Template had a description field for tracking who it should be applied too.

  19. The portal shows "Requested port date" in the portal, but does not update if the requested port date is changed. For example, if a port date was requested for December 3rd, but the port date needed to be moved to December 16th, the "Requested port date" would stay visible in the portal as December 3rd until the carriers confirm the December 16th port date. There should be a "Requested port date" and "Confirmed port date" in the system visible at all times. It would also be helpful if it shows which stage the porting process was in.

  20. I would like to have the application on my phone to be silent but I would still like to receive calls on the computer and on my extension device as normal not as in silent mode or do not disturb, basically changing the status of the application on my phone should not change the status on all the other devices connected to my account.
