  2. Currently users that have Mitel phones are UNABLE to transfer from a Call Q and have the original caller ID sent. This DOES work if they transfer from the call Q and manually enter the 4 digit extension. Mitel users are used to having this feature so it would be GREAT to get this implemented as soon as possible on these devices.

  5. Adding a CLI to RingCentral UC would allow an unprecedented level of automation when making changes over a large area of infrastructure. The application of urgent routing changes across an Enterprise, scriptable input to make updates en masse and reference variables and lists/arrays. This is essentially turning the bulk upload process into a real-time view/modify within the system.Not sure if the central databases would support that sort of end user access and be able to keep up with real time changes, or if there's a current methodology behind making changes via document submission vs real-time CLI access.

  7. This is going to sound a little nuts but with the rise of deep fakes and AI voice impersonation, I would like the ability to initially screen a call using something other than my actual voice. In other words, I get a ton of calls from potentially valid numbers but the vast majority of them end up being from a call center in a foreign country. I'd like to be able to basically say 'Hello, how can I help you?' using a computer voice. I would also like to be able to say, "Thanks but I am not interested." in…

  8. When attending a meeting (live or video) the RC status can be set to 'do not disturb' to avoid incoming calls. After the meeting it is often forgotten to set status back to 'available'. It would be very useful to set a timer to automatic change it back.

  9. Would like drop down on a toolbar that allows me to quickly change what mic/headset I am using without having to drill down through the settings every time. I use boht a wired and wireless headset. And it is a HUGE pain to have to keep changing it in the settings.

  14. Hello, I am a RingCentral subscriber and we are implementing a new Dynamics 365 environment with RingCentral integration. It works fine from Edge or Chrome on the desktop, but on the mobile app Dynamics wants to use the native iPhone dialer to call out. There should be an integration for the RingCentral mobile, or a way to set RingCentral as the native outbound dialer for iPhone.

  15. RingCentral has the feature wherein users can listen to how the system reads the Record User Name under Users > User Details > General.This let users listen to how it sounds rather than having to call and wait for the voicemail to kick in to test.

  16. Option to have same email domain sign up for a separate account. It would also be a great addition if there will be option to allow users to sign up on their own separate account using the company domain. What is happening now is that when you use the same email domain to sign up a separate account, it is not creating a new one but instead creating a new user extension to the primary account of the company.

  18. Different from your current schedule task feature.This benefits the sender. The functionality should mimic sms. Just the simple ability to schedule communications to individuals or set direct teams. The ability to include attachments is necessary. For an example on Monday at 0900 message delivers to recipients- such as " on call sign up". I may be in another meeting at that time. But if I can plan for that prior that improves communication and functionality of your tool.
