Increase ease of access to number pad when on a phone call.
For users who deal with a lot of phone menus it would be very nice to either have an option to default to number pad when calling or have a keyboard shortcut.

allow SMS to be seen by all users
allowing all users to see and interact with SMS messages - I own an insurance agency, so when customers text the office, it would make it much easier if both myself and my employee(s) would be able to see those messages.

Requests for Report Subscription Features
I have a few requests related to getting information out of RingCentral to be able to use with our existing company metrics data. Add the User Email Address as a column in the Users tab of the performance report. Ability to Park or Hold a conference Call, and leave all other parties connected, and not be on hold.
Party initiating the conference call,may at time need to answer another call, or whatever would cause them to need to leave the call momentarily and be able to return to it. Likewise, If other parties hangup, the conference call would be dropped from hold or park.

Status Share can be seen under HUD and once the DND is off, it will clear the status share
. If the user in on lunch, out of the office, vacation. Another thing is once the DND is disable, status share like "on Lunch" will be cleared automatically. On Status options, we would like to add in meeting.

Add The Capability To Set Default Key For Call Flip
By default, when you add a user the default key press for selective Call Flip is *1. This can cause an issue when you are in an auto-attendant type call (i.e: non-RingCentral conferencing call service) and need to use *1. When you enter *1, your phone will attempt to dial your desk phone. You will be able to get back to your initial call, but only after the call flip has ended (up to 10 rings). Deskphone Support of 100+ Extensions/Presence
We were sold a system that was to have been "scalable". We are over 100 extensions and are now being told you have NO PHONES that will support more than that. We have a phone that is SUPPOSED to handle more than one expansion module but Ring Central doesn't support that. This needs to be a feature enhancement.

Ability to Edit Case After Submission
It would be helpful to edit a case after submitting it. Sometimes the description needs be changed but it is really critical to be able to add in additional email addresses of people that need to be added in all communications moving forward which is frequently missed when requesting through a comment to either engage or ensure someone is cc'd.

Ability to Duplicate User Groups-Copy Members from Existing to Create a New User Group
At this time there is no way to duplicate an existing User Group, or copy the members to create a new one in an easy step. When you have a large User Group, we are manually adding the members individually. We have some departments that have a large amount of Members with multiple managers that need access to or another created with the same members. It would also be nice to be able to assign more than one manager to a User Group.

Block SPAM Faxes using OCR and User defined Phrases
It would be great if RingCentral could perform an OCR on incoming faxes and check them against a list of phrases. If the Fax contains a user defined phrase just quietly move it to a spam folder and not notify anyone.Even better would be the capability to setup a list of named filters each with a list of phrases. RC Office Client will not install on Standard Users for Windows 11
I have noticed this problem in latest windows 11 client installs on a domain, it installs fine on administrator accounts and the ringcentral app shortcut shows on desktop under the users\administrator\appdata\ringcentral path. However, once you login as a standard user the shortcut is no longer there nor is it in the users\????\appdata\ringcentral folder path. Its ont a amtter of pinning or creating a shortcut to a user or even outting into the public\desktop folder because it originally installs from the users administrator account, so if you end up creating a shortcut naturally you will get access denied because of the…

Ability to use distribution list to fax to multiple recipients.
CASE:User has a schedule that needs to be faxes out to 7 different external businesses weekly. Currently their workflow is hampered by having to type out the email format [fax number]@rcfax.com seven different times. Only allow access to Call recordings to Users who are in the call
If a call is intercepted then the person who intercepts can not listen to the call recording. However the person assigned to the original extension can listen to the call even though they didn't pick it up. Batch export/forwarding of SMS/MMS to email
To archive and upload to client matters or provide as support for billing/invoicing. And that identifies the phone numbers/contacts in the threads. And with the option for different export/forward formats (i.e., pdf/excel).

Notification Rules for IVR menus
IVR menus share the same notification rules as the main line. If this was separate, we would be able to send different notifications for different IVR menus to different users
