Droppng a call into VM
There is no way to transfer a call directly into someone's voicemail. Sometimes callers will request to leave a message for someone but in order to put them into the voicemail the phone has to ring out to be connected to the voicemail. There needs to be a option to hit a button to transfer directly to voicemail without the phone ringing out first.

Deleting Shared Voicemailbox Messages from Call Queue
Hi, My client does not have a receptionist nor do they have dedicated staff to each phone. When the calls come in they go to the call queue and if a vmail is left, one of the members in that call queue would need to address it and delete it from the queue after it's addressed. This would be extremely useful in scenarios similar to my client's, possibly call centers, or any other scenario where multiple call queues are being utilized, especially for after hour voicemails. Manual Override by Human for port out required.. Complaint filed with FCC today
Been trying for 6 weeks to port number out. I enter info from portal/my bill/account. My zip codes have not changed, but transfer fails with "invalid zip code". Repeated same steps 20X. Many hours wasted talking to RingCentral and Fi. It's a way to force customers to stay. Remaining choice is to abandon my business phone number of 25 years, and get a new one. Very, very bad RingCentral!

Notification on deleting more than 50 voice mail messages
When viewing all voice mail messages you have the ability to select the checkbox in the header to select all voice mail messages. If you have more than 50 voice mail messages and you select them all and click delete, nothing happens and there is no notification that only 50 can be deleted at a time. So the screen remains with all voice mail messages selected and no response on the screen. It would be helpful to inform the end user via a notification that they can only select 50 messages at a time to delete.

RingCentral App Compatibility with Azure Virtual Desktop
As more companies move to VDI for simplicity, standardization, and security, it would be nice if RingCentral worked across all of them. I've heard there is already SOME support for Citrix and/or AWS, but AVD is rapidly gaining adoption, particularly in the financial sphere. We have tested both the desktop app and the Teams integration, and it seems like they're really close to actually working in the virtual environment. Would be happy to help test and provide feedback if you'd like to develop further for VDI.

Share MAC System Audio
Need to be able to share MAC system audio on the RingCentral Video meetings. Currently, Mac users can only share computer audio when they are sharing a Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser tab.

Merging app with web site
Cleaning out and organizing my faxes is quite difficult. I need the information on both the app and the website to see which ones to delete or which ones I need to handle. The app has the view eye that allows you to see the fax sent but the website you have to download it in order to blow it up to see the fax in question. The app does not have the attachment details so you have to see the website for that. I end up having to have the app and the website open to clean out my…

Allow Call Queue Voicemail Selection
For our business, having a voicemail for every call queue is not desired. We prefer to use a single VM box for a given grouping of queues. Currently, you cannot select another call queue VM box, they are omitted from the selection lists. Please allow a call queue to send to another call queue VM box. Currently, message-only extension is cumbersome to utilize to enhance this situation.

Message-Only Extension - Admin Activation
It would be very useful to be able to create a message-only extension that does not require interaction beyond administrator creation. Administrators should be able to configure the PIN code and activate without an end user receiving an email and performing activation procedures.
