Using an app on another device should cancel cell phone notifications
My cell phone rings when I get a call even when I'm actively using my computer and when I answer a text on the computer, the push notification remains in the notification list on my phone. I would like for my phone to only be used for notifications if I've been idle on my computer for a while (and the idle time should be customizable) and for the push notifications to be automatically removed once I've seen them on my computer.

Send text to number from voicemail
It would be nice to have a button to send a message to a number that leaves a voicemail, unless it's a landline. Then instead of having to copy and paste the number, go to the text portal, start a new conversion, and paste the number, it's one button that lets you initiate a text thread with that number.

Deleted Voicemail Logs
Would be nice to have a log of who deleted voicemails from call queues since messages can be deleted from multiple users

Reset and Assign
The User Reset and Assign capability is only available for users with a Super Admin role. It would be beneficial if this capability was an option when creating a custom role. There are areas of the Super Admin role that some of my team members should not have access to. Currently they are deleting the user and adding them back in which is much less efficient. Also deleting a users removes them from ring groups which we do not want to happen.

Department Name Pick From List
Because the "Department" field can be useful for filtering users and reports, allow administrators to manage the department names and provide a drop-down pick-from list in the user configuration.

Add notification when blocked numbers are being added
Could we please add a notification whenever a blocked number is being added. This would allow our admins to review numbers that are blocked since there is a chance that it could be done accidentally.

Synchronize DND setting across App and Desk Phones
Synchronize DND setting across App and Desk Phones so that if someone sets DND on their desk phones it shows up on all other users desk phones that they have DND on. At present it only shows up in the App if you set DND in the App, and dos not show on desk phones.

Change or Remove Main Company Caller ID Option
We have no main company phone number. I recommend allowing the caller ID label "Main Company" to be edited or removed. This will prevent people from assigning an outgoing caller ID number that is not their site's when they think it is.

Ability to convert numbers to voice only in bulk
My customer would like to set all of the numbers on their account to voice only as they have been getting some spam faxes and do not need to use fax. The only way to convert numbers to voice only at present is going into the settings of individual numbers which is very time consuming so they have asked for a way to do this for multiple numbers at a time.

option to make a default, that newly added extensions have its own primary number as callerID, instead of a main account number as callerID

Enable MMS / RCS International - RCS / Domestic
Please enable International MMS - or even better can you please support RCS both domestically & internationally - as that is a useful feature to send high quality images. RCS would be much better and is the latest standard as far as I'm aware - would like to be able to utilize this which is becoming common across carriers for picture/video delivery.

For Rotating Queue Call Handling, make the agent state Busy if calls are refused
For Rotating Queue Call Handling, make the Queue member agent state change from Available to Busy if presented calls are refused - this will stop subsequent calls being presented to an agent who has forgotten to put themself on Busy state when they are on holiday/meeting/lunch. This will massively improve the call handling rate for this type of Queue.
