Don't use system same output source for listening music and taking calls
The customer is requesting to be added as one of the features for the RingCentral desktop app the ability to listen to thatmusic which cannot be heard by the caller on the other line. The output source for playback and taking calls while using the desktop should be separate.

International Calling Blocked by RC
For international calling, it would be beneficial for customers to be notified when a country has been blocked by RC on our account. Although in the international calling rates section in the admin portal all the countries are enabled, RC monitors and blocks some countries. We practice international law and our attorneys call various countries. We would not know which countries have been blocked until attempting to call, which you then need to submit a whitelisting form which can take 24-48 hours to process. We would like to play a recorded message for our after hours.We currently get a lot of sales calls out of hours and want to advise callers that no sales calls will be dealt with afterhours - only emergency site access calls will be dealt with.Can this feature be added.

BLF codes for users needs to be in the Admin portal
Configuring the HUD to put buttons on desk phones is non-functional, because you can't include numbers of people outside the RingCentral system, like cell numbers of field personnel. That requires programming the buttons on your desk phone manually.Once you program a single button manually, changes to the HUD will no longer populate buttons on your desk phone, which is the only way to find the BLF code for someone, that you need to add manually. BLA for all Shared Line compatible device
Shared Lines BLA feature is available to RingCentral MVP Ultimate and Premium accounts only with compatible device such as VVX310, VVX410, VVX500, VVX300, VVX400, VVX600, VVX301,
VVX311, VVX411, VVX501, VVX601, VVX 350, VVX 450. it would be better if we can also cater all compatible shared line device to have the BLA function. Call can be put on / taken off hold on any phone.2 votes -
Enabling HOLD once you hit the TRANSFER button on the mobile app
It would be useful if HOLD was enabled automatically when you hit the TRANSFER button on the mobile app. Right now, hitting the transfer button only brings up the directory, but the caller can still hear background noises while the user is trying to find the person to transfer the call to.

Be able to change the number of times prompt or company greeting is being played
It would be helpful to be able to change the number of times the greeting is being played if customer enters no action for the calls to be either connected to an extension or disconnected instead of having the greeting played 3 times by default which consume toll free minutes if there are robo callers.

Send fax using the fax contact list
When I add a contact list on my RC app there's an option to add a business number and fax number. When I tried to send a fax and select the contact on my list it shows the business number instead of the fax number.

Add "Deleted" item on RC App's Fax
If the user accidentally deleted the fax, there is no option in the app to retrieve or re-view it and will need to login to service web's messages and deleted items.
