Missed Call notification suppression for calls placed to and answered in Call Queues and RingGroups
Current Situation:
Vonage and/or Star2Star offer the ability to selectively suppress missed call notifications for calls placed to Call Queues and RingGroups while retaining the ability to see missed calls placed directly to the user.
NVA is evaluating and testing RingCentral with the Yealink T46U.
On physical phones, RingCentral does not offer an option to selectively suppress missed call notifications from calls placed to a Call Queue and Virtual Extension RingGroups member while retaining the missed call notifications for calls placed directly to the user.

RingCentral Desktop App's Phone Tab: Customization
- Option to bring back the old layout on the Phone Tab wherein the spacious dial pad or right side is not that blank.
- Since the dial pad can be popped up, the right side could have been minimized or could be adjusted to maximize displays of call logs and voicemails as a whole and not per log.

Update Fax "From" info
When sending outgoing faxes from the company fax number, the "from" name is the extension's name rather than the company name. Please have an option to change not just the cover page but also the "from" information.

New customers/users could have been prompted about CNAM and its limitation
Users are not aware that CNAM does not work on all end-point especially a mobile phone.Users could have been prompted on initial login and link them to the article number 11592. This should help correct the users expectation regarding the CNAM.

Receive the security code through a phone call
I would like the ability to receive the security code through a phone call. Right now, I can receive it through my email. I am not always able to get to my email, but would like to receive the code through a phone call.

Allow the ability to view when deleted items were actually deleted and not just received from service.ringcentral.com.From service web > Messages > Deleted items it has a column that says "Received"... it would be nice to have a column of when the message was moved to the Deleted items

Need to Disable Users Ability to Pause Call Recordings
As admin, we need to be able to fully control all features. We do not want end users to be able to pause/end Automatic Call Recordings. Also, would like to see notifications if they were allowed and did so.

When staff members send an e-mail with numbers, the e-mail is encrypted, blocked, or automatically masks the numbers. Can this be done in the RingOffice Text Messaging feature?

Add "Ring to RC Mobile App" to RingOut
Add the option to Ring Out RIngCentral Mobile App to the Ringout options.We have users who wish to use the mobile app but need to click to dial on their PC. Their PC cannot carry sound. Being able to set the RingOut to Point to their mobile app would be a great option.

Set Numbers that can Override Do Not Disturb
Add the ability to configure specific numbers that would override the Do Not Disturb setting. Use case is for someone who is on call after hours for emergencies, who may want to set RingCentral to Do Not Disturb for general calls and messages but still needs to receive calls that are coming from the emergency dispatch number. Similar to what iPhone currently has where you can set the ability for a number to still come through as a call when your phone is in Do Not Disturb mode.

Add Anker device support to headset controls
I have an Anker PowerConf S360 speakerphone. It is detected as a headset. When I press mute on the device, it is muted in RC but when I unmute on the device it does not unmute in RC until I press unmute a second time.

Allowing customers to log in using their email address to a different account even if it is already associated to another account.
It would be more convenient for the customer if the system can allow the same email address to be used as a log in credential even if email address also associated to another account.
