Ability to turn off the voicemail feature for the whole account
No voicemails coming in whatsoever no matter what extensions or buttons are pressed, no matter what number the person is in queue, no matter anything. We want absolutely no one to be able to ever reach us through the phone system and absolutely no voicemail messages to be able to be sent into our system.

HUD hide call duration
When the HUD setting is configured to hide user names, there also should be an option to hide/prevent the duration that is shown. In order to account fully for security compliance this should not be shown to others (any call information).

Lock User Settings
Make it so admins can lock settings so users cannot change them on the mobile app. This is specifically the user settings. We have a complex set up and it includes users being able to receive calls on call and with notifications. Our users frequently change setting and the only setting we want them to be able to change is to Do Not Disturb. Unfortunately they change notification settings and a variety of other settings, which makes it a nightmare for our admins to revert back.

Multiple accounts with the ability to toggle between in the app.
I have multiple accounts with RingCentral as I'm running different companies. It is difficult to keep on top of client calls with each account as I cannot be logged into both accounts at once. Is there a way to be able to toggle from one account to another under 1 login? I have been a longtime RingCentral client and this is something I suggested years back. Can you please implement this feature within the desktop and mobile apps?

Migrating SMS Content from one Extension to Another
We encounter a problem where our main extension isn't following the correct call forwarding that was set up on the user extension. Tech rep fixed the issue by recreating the extension itself. The issue is when the newly created extension doesn't have the SMS content that we originally had on the corrupted extension and I found out that there's no way to transfer the SMS from one corrupted extension to the new recreated one other than manually forwarding it. Mute of Cellular ringer while using Android App
When using the Mobile app and on a call.. A new CELLULAR call comes in on same device, during the call using the app, the call is interrupted by ringing from the cell call. Would be a benifit to Mute the new Cellular call or limit its number of rings (akin to call waiting)

Additional routing options with # or *, such as dial by name directory
Customers considering a migration from an on-premise environment are accustomed to certain functionalities. One example that is an option is additional routing options from the # or * key press within a menu. A popular and important function to replicate would be to allow these # or * key presses to link to the dial-by-name directory. A migration could more easily be considered by these orgs if they could replicate that ability on their RingCentral solution.

Universal Call ID for calls between RingEX and RCCC (and vice versa)
Many of our customers now use both RingEX and RCCC and would like to be able to have a single pane of glass to analyze calls that traverse both RingEX and RCCC. The issue is that there is no common/unique identifier that is passed back and forth between RCO and RCCC that would allow for the marrying of an RCO call to RCCC session. The request is to create a unique call ID that is shared back and forth between RCO and RCCC that can tie calls together to allow for further analysis.
