  2. There is add number or coworker in the user list when you edit a single user settings, but when you create a user template, you can't add number or coworker which cause a lot work when we create new users.

  3. Currently this model can only update to 6.4.4. I think 6.4.6 version will add some compatibility with the BT700 headset on these phones.

  5. In a multiple-call queue set-up, they want to show the original call queue information displayed on the inbound call so that they can see where the call coming from. They can answer the call or decline the call based on where the call came from.

Currently, when the main company number is used as a fax outbound caller ID or fax number to users, the fax notification received shows that the From name is from the name of the main Super Admin extension.Since it's a company main number, The "From" should show the company name and not the extension name, especially, if it is not a direct number or not an operator set on Auto-Receptionist > General Settings > Settings > Operator and Fax/SMS Recipient.

  10. For Fax cover sheet allow you to input to whom the fax is being sent to without entering their name and Fax# into contacts. Why would we want to enter into contacts a persons name at a mortgage company with a Fax# when we probably will never send another Fax to them.

I'd like to see an option (on/off) for the blocked call logic in queue calls applied to the superadmin user so all "suspsected robo calls" can be blocked - in addition to blocking individual numbers. One number at a time in the superadmin user will meet harassing caller needs. The queue blocking design is good (on/off for blocked calls) and should be applied globally - not just for queue calls.

It is a benefit, that RingCentral MVP (and the partner brands) syncs the status with workplace systems from Google and Microsoft.But it there are situations where the user likes to set the status manually to 'available' and so overwrites the synced status from the calendar. This is a valid use case, when a meeting ends earlier and the user like to show the colleagues, that he is available now (without changing the calendar entry, which is cumbersome)Or the user has a blocker in the calendar but should be reachable anyhow.

  14. When a user turns on their DND status, it should reflect the DND or busy status (red) on the sidecar. Currently, the only way to know if someone has DND on is by calling them and being sent to voicemail. It would be great if they would be displayed as unavailable instead, which would save you a phone call and precious seconds spent on it.

  15. We would like to disable a number appears in presence where a user is currently on call with their customer who's number shows as active call with external number. User bame appears with extension but we don't want to see the active external number of our client.

  17. Currently, there's an EOL banner / message in the Admin Portal when you navigate to Phone System. The message will say that a deskphone is tagged a EOL. After checking, the link: https://support.ringcentral.com/deskphones-and-devices/end-of-life-devices.html provided by Tier 3, it ends up that the customer doesn't have affected phones in the account. There is no option to remove the message even after this.

  19. Currently, when users compare the "Total Call Count" against the sum of specific call results (Answered, Abandoned, Missed, etc.), there is often a discrepancy. This is due to calls with an "Unknown" result or specific internal transfers that do not have a dedicated display column.

    This causes confusion for Admins and stakeholders who rely on these reports for 100% data accuracy. It makes the dashboard look like it has "missing" data, even if the calls are technically tracked.
