  3. The ability to completely disable DND features on phones that are used in Lobby areas, or other areas worked by multiple people, would be very helpful. We have found that the DND button will be pressed/bumped by accident on one of these high priority phones, and since it isn't tied to a specific user, it can sometimes be difficult to track down the issue. Not to mention that while the issue is being looked into, communications are being prevented by DND. By allowing this feature to be enable/disabled completely through the Admin Portal, these issues could be avoided.

  4. It's really annoying to not actually be able to decline a call when we are given the option to deny a call by pressing 2. Sometimes we need it to just go to voicemail and call them back at a more convenient time.

  7. The most current version of the RC App (22.1.31.106750) has shrunk the dial pad to about half of it's normal size. This makes it difficult to dial out or read the keypad. The recommendation is a setting that allows you to adjust the size of the dial pad based on the individual user's current need.

  8. When I add a contact list on my RC app there's an option to add a business number and fax number. When I tried to send a fax and select the contact on my list it shows the business number instead of the fax number.

  9. In prior version, you were able to see the date / time stamp along with the body of the text in a list format without having to hover over or click into every text. This makes it difficult to find communications. Please give an option as to how to view messages so we see more than just a list of contact names. We should be able to expand this view to see more information (i.e.: date, time, company name, phone number, body of text).

  10. I want my clients to only see my mobile number for all calls and text / sms messages sent from my ringcentral account. I want to mask my RingCentral number with my mobile number for both calls and text/sms message.

We take a high volume of in-bound calls and would like to utilize auto answer but there are preselected choices of 0s (too fast, phone doesnt ring), 5 seconds, 10 sec, etc. 5s isnt fast enough as the phone will ring 1-2 times before auto answers grabs the call. Having a customizable time would let us know there's a call coming in and then answer it promptly.

  18. There just has to be a better way to manage and update the MOH that plays for the call queues. We have over 200 call queues and it is a royal pain to update each call queue for an upcoming holiday and then again after the holiday. It takes hours! It would be nice if you could create MOH sources (at minimum of up to 30) and then you just point to that source for the MOH you want applied.   20. We are able to log in to the admin portal and edit/customize our hold music anytime, but I cannot access the ability to edit/customize our park music. I would like them to be configured to be identical so it feels more uniform to our clients.
