Some customers are unaware that they are under a contract or the contract was auto-renewed. Having the soft copy or documentation in the Admin Portal will be helpful to both the customer and RingCentral support.

Customization of the error message of failed SMS
Users should have the ability to customize the error message if somebody will send a text message to their number and that number is not sms capable or cannot receive text. for example, an error message can be. "This number cannot receive text" rather than just message failed because it gives a negative connotation to the company's number.

Schedule off hours
I would like to schedule off hours so that I don't get phone notifications when I am done for the day of work. This is something Microsoft teams does, and it is super useful. You can schedule times for when you don't want to get notifications, or turn whole days off (like Saturdays and Sundays) so that you can really disconnect from work. With remote work becoming so huge, this would be a nice new feature.

Out of Office Auto Response
When on PTO no one reads your status so you still get messages and calls causing urgent messages to be missed as person awaits response. A canned out of office response would be more efficient

NEED 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION!!
I cannot receive phone calls with this system for 2 factor login authentication. If this isn't resolved I'm going to have to go back to the landline. Every bank is now requiring 2 factor as well as many other website logins. Please support this app & resolve this problem!

Enable Queue Members to delete messages
Currently, queue members can only hear voicemails through the use of an E-mail attachment if they have e-mail notices turned on. They cannot delete any queue voicemails. The messages will pile up until it hits the max of 200 in the box. The only way to let someone delete those is to give them "Phone System Admin" access, which let them access way too many other sensitive settings of the system.
