  5. I would like to have other people (non call queue members) be able to pickup the phone call if they are available, but the voicemail shouldn't land in their voice mailbox. The Front Desk should still have the ownership of the call and be tasked with calling them back.. There is also additional confusion for out clients\patients when they get to a different mailbox from the extension they selected.

  7. While in a RingCentral meeting, our users would like to have shared screens and participant camera feeds in separate windows, so that the screen share can be maximized to full screen on one monitor and the participant camera feeds can be dragged over to a secondary monitor.

  8. If "Take message" is not enable, when they have the option o transferring the caller to a group or to disconnect the call. Obviously discounting the call is bad customer service, however transferring to a group is not always the best option. WE would like another option added which will allow the called to be transferred to the staff member that first transferred the call

  9. This feature does not currently exist. With Automatic Call Recording active, I would like to be able to customize the announcement that is made when a user presses *9 to mute and unmute a recording (for collecting sensitive information like credit card numbers.) Currently there is a default voice announcement that CANNOT be changed. Note, I already tried changing the Announcement on Start and Announcement on Stop feature in On Demand Recording, but this does not have an effect on the announcement in the automatic call recording mute feature.Thank you!

  12. A queue has managers and members. Currently they all get an email when a voicemail is left. However, all our queues are for teams with a group email. So I would like to be able to turn off notifications for managers and members and just set the team email address for notification.

  14. We have a group of Guest Experience Liaisons. When sending Text messages to our Guests, we want the text message to come from the group/team rather than an individual so that when the guest responds, the message appears for the entire group and not just the individual who sent to text message.

  16. Add an option to press a button (ex: 7) in the mailbox that plays the date/time/callerID and CallerID name of the voicemail in the mailbox. Otherwise there is no way to know by listening to a voicemail what the caller ID is. Also, there is no way to log into the web interface of a voicemail to check unless it is a call queue or your own mailbox. So, when sharing mailboxes this is a big obstacle.

  17. For Polycom VVX series phones, we've had coimplaints that the text size on the screen is very small and hard to read for many of our employees. I see in the VVX manuals there is a way to increase that (I believe just a large or small setting) and that option is not available when I look at the firmware settings where it is indicated it will be on the rental/purchased phones we have. It would be nice to either default to the larger size, or provide an option for users to incresae the size (understanding there may be limitations…
