increase in the number of groups that can be renamed within the app.
The app has a limitation that allows renaming up to 30 groups, and any attempts to rename more than that will result in failure. We would like to request an increase in the number of groups that can be renamed within the app.

The instructions should also include what areas need to be filled out, and the format of every entry to be entered. There should even be a sample entry on the file to follow.

Text ID as another user
We have a user that would like to send text messages as another user. I have looked in the settings on the ringcentral app and I am only able to change to my own number. Would this be a setting that we can enable?
The extension for the user is ext. 4352 Crystal Jones. She is wanted to text out using her coworkers number (ext. 2503) Lisa Shockey for when she’s out sick. Is Crystal able to change her number and do this?

The customer found a knowledge base article explaining how to print a message thread from the RC app. However, this feature is not currently available in the app. The customer requires the ability to print message threads for legal purposes and would like this functionality to be implemented.

Customer should be able to sync or backup current and existing data even if RingCentral Archiver was just setup.
As per cx, RingCentral should be able to retrieve existing data even the archiver was just recently setup.

Selecting multiple voicemails by holding 'Ctrl' or 'Shift'
At this point, the implementation of selecting multiple voicemails is very poor (pencil icon to enable checkboxes for selection). Why not use industry standards and allow 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' to select multiple voicemails?

Super Admin Role But Read Only
I would like to add my software developer on the account with admin role that is read-only. I would like to request the addition of a "Super Admin" role with read-only access to settings and configurations. This role should allow users to view all settings and configurations within the system, but not make any changes or updates. The objective is to allow designated users (e.g., system auditors, compliance officers) to have complete visibility into the system's settings without the ability to alter them.

Centralized SIP Settings
Downloading the KeyTemplates overwrites the initial configuration on deskphones (CP devices) so that the SIP parameters are overwritten.
If you want to change the internal configuration (due to network, e.g. is set centrally to TCP/UDP, outbound proxy disabled and a specific port this configuration is overwritten when the deivce reboots.
Client would request a central point for setting the SIP credentials - to specific protocoll and port for all devices on the account - instead of configuring manually on each device. Thus the overwritting of credentials would be prevented due to central configuration retrieval.
