Have incoming calls to ring on the paging device
we have paging devices set up. is it possible to have in coming calls ring on the paging device
it doesn't need to receive the call, I just want to play a ringtone over the paging device when a call comes into a specific line. is that possible?

Ability to create a template to modify messaging notifications.
The customer requests the addition of another email address to receive fax notifications for all user extensions. However, templates do not offer an option to modify or add email addresses for receiving messaging notifications.

call queue key presses
It will be more easier if there is an option on the call queue to created an automated system that allows the callers to press pound or any key presses to be forwarded to a dedicated voicemail extension.

When sending a "New Text" have it open the text message history after entering the phone number
When you send a new text you now have to type the message before you can see the history of texts with that phone number. Please CHANGE IT BACK to the way it was! When you enter a phone number have it open the text message history and then write the text message.

Add a time frame to DND status
We need the ability to add a timer to DND setting. We have users who set this when on meetings or at lunch, but then they forget to change their status as available affecting the phone queues for everyone. The ability to clear the status after a selected time frame would be greatly appreciated so that it's not reliant on manual updates.

Feature Request – Allow Support Agents to Remove Email Addresses Upon Request
Hi RingCentral Team,
I’m reaching out to request a reconsideration of the recent policy change regarding email address removal. Previously, we could request RingCentral Support to remove or update an email address on our behalf, but now we are required to log in and make the changes ourselves.
While I understand the importance of data protection, this change has introduced unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for customers like us. In many cases, our users may not have direct access or technical expertise to perform these changes, which makes it more difficult to manage our accounts efficiently.
