Toggle from bottom posting posts to top posting posts
In the Classic version, I'm able to File>Preferences>Conversations>Posts Oder> and toggle between Top Posting and Bottom Posting.

Admin Portal Speed Improvement
This is just feedback - I know they website has been going through changes. The changes make the processing on the site VERY slow. It takes over 5 minutes to just log in each time. Admins have to access the website so the speed of the app does not help unfortunately

Create Teams with Workspaces
It would be great if we could create a team (public or private) add users and then once the team has been created, we have the ability to create Workspaces and sub-workspaces. For instance, I have a subcontractor I want to communicate with in my RC. I create a team titled ABC Subcontractor and then add the users that belong to that team. Under there, I have clients the subcontractor will handle for me so I want to create Workspace for each client. John Doe Workspace, Jane Doe Workspace. Mac RC App won't minimize
We should be able to minimize the app to reduce the screen real estate used. The Apple minimize button does nothing and manually you can only shrink the window to about 1/3 of the full screen.

Automatically notify administrator when a soft/system limit is about to be reached
We have a large scale deployment of RingCentral and have hit a few system/soft limits in the past.It would be great if admins could be notified in advance of when a limit is about to be reached. This would allow us to log a request to increase the limit well before we attempt to create a resource and get an error.

Password for factory reset of Polycom VVX450
Once a physical phone, in this example, a Polycom VVX450, has been provisioned, the default password is changed. Once the password has changed by provisioning the phone, customers are required to contact support to get the new password so they can factory reset the phone. This is a burden for customers to do. Can we make the new password after provisioning available somewhere in the Admin Portal for our customers to access, instead of having to call support?

Hoping that RingCentral will be able to configure the system to work even there is enabled Anti-virus and Firewall. It is quite hassle to disable it from time to time just to access it.

Consistency when Copying Call queue
When creating a new call queue, if you use the "Copy Settings from" setting there is an inconstancy with how the system copies settings over. Email notifications for received text messages only when text is unread after x minutes
I would like to receive email notifications for new text messages as is currently available. However, I do not want an email for each text message. There should be a setting to send email notifications for new text messages only if the message has not been read after x minutes.

Suspected robocall / scammer
Why does my phone ring when the system detects a suspected robocaller? Ring will not let the call go through but the phone still rings and is frustrating

RC app softphone forwarding
My suggestion is to allow the RC phone app to accept transfers alongside its desktop app counterpart. This would be very useful for customers who do not have headsets and rely on their cellphones for using their RC account

Please consider linking the custom rules to Google calendar.
Currently I go to Phone System, Auto-Receptionist, General Settings, IVR settings then custom answering rules. I add a custom answering rule for each day of the month to let the system know which EMS doctor is on call from 8 AM - 10 PM that day. Then the team wants it on the Google Calendar, so I go into google calendar and add who is on call for each day of the month. LOTS of room for error and VERY time consuming. Please consider.

Show Extension Number on DeskPhone when Idle
My VVX-450 phones only show the username on the screen. I think it would be a nice feature if the deskphone displayed its ext number on the screen. On a similar note, it would be nice if it displayed the DID of the phone as well. Of course, the best way would be to allow the Admin to configure whether it showed this information, or just the Username.

Set Incoming Call Ring Duration for Phone Handset using a Template
In User Templates you can ONLY set the ring duration for incoming calls for the Desktop or Mobile App. You cannot set it for a physical phone handset.By default, when a phone is added to a user the incoming call ring duration is set to 4 rings / 20 seconds. This can only be changed on a user by user basis. Sub Team or Team Channel
We would create a Team and then create a sub team or team channel. The team will always remain but the channel will come and go based on what projects we are working on. So when I go check on where we are on a particular topic, I don’t have to scroll down and search endless emails to see who did what last on that topic.

I would like to be able to label the numbers by company name in my phone so I know what company I am dialing out from.
if i own 10 companies i dont want to remember every phone number to dial out before i call. if i can click on app. click on phone symbol.pull the phone numbers down from the from: tab and see all my company names with ph#'s THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!
