  2. In the ring group call flow, forward the voicemail to the ringgroup voicemail, if the forwarded call queue missed the call.

    Scenario: If all agents in the Ring group missed the call then it will be forwarded to the Call Queue, then if the call queue missed it, then forward the call to the Originating Ring group voicemail, (Second missed call delivery)

  12. When a user changes the emergency response location set in the RingCentral App, it also changes the ERL set for the user's deskphone (in the service web), and vice versa.

    The user's deskphone is permanently located at their office address. The app is used when working from home, and should have the home address.

    It would be better if the deskphone's ERL does not change upon changing the ERL in the app so the user won't have to change it back everytime.

  15. To make a cost effective Call Center with a Multi Site settings under Admin Portal, we suggest, if we can have different number inventory for every site we have instead of assigning the number to an extension. We want to see the list of number under which site that is ready for use.

  16. When a caller call a multi site IVR - and selects 0 to be transferred to a call que receptionist . We are looking for the multi site name to be displayed for the call que reception . This is a benefit when answer calls for muti sites name that the call was rerouted from to show.

  17. I have a client who wanted extension 5 to be direct to voicemail, we setup a message only extension.
    We wanted to have part of the recording say "if this is an emergency press 0 to be connected to an operator" this is not a feature and would be quite helpful.

  19. The customer wants to add an external email address that does not have an active RingCentral account for external guest communications. Currently, as per the article https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-your-domain-allowblock-list-in-the-RingCentral-app.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US, domains and email addresses without an active RingCentral account cannot be added.
