Offer option to change voicemail format to a lossless format like ALAC instead of AAC
Current voicemails are saved in m4a using aac which is a lossy format. Converting to alac still using m4a would provide a lossless format and better quality for our business needs.

All users should see voicemail and text messages
All users should be able to see text messages and voicemails and not just the assigned "operator". With several users it's difficult if only one person can see voicemails and texts, especially in a busy office so it would nice if other users could be assigned that capability at one time.

increase key presses
When a team uses an IVR they're limited to the number of key presses. So, if there's more members on the team, key presses aren't available. Currently, to make this work a person's extension would have to be changed. In my case, the extension is already set up and I don't want to change the extension to accommodate the ivr key press limitations.

bring back call block like in old app
I've been a Ring Central customer for many years. Recently I was forced to download the new RC app because the old app is discontinued. The new app is missing this feature ... When I receive a phone call on one of my business numbers (there are several) the number would be listed under my Recent Calls list. If I would tap on the number in the list it would give me the option to Block that caller. On the new app no incoming calls show in my Recent Calls list, only outgoing calls. This for me is a major…

Jupiter users end up scrolling a lot throughout the day, especially when have folders. Option to Ignore Contacts and Follow Call Queue Display Setting
Please check if it is possible to add a feature wherein if the caller that is added on personal contact dialed the call queue number, the call queue member will see the details based on the display setting on the call queue and not the details on personal contact.

Downloadable diagram for IVR Menus
I would like to see a feature addition allowing admins to download a diagram/flowchart of IVR menus in an easy-to-read format so that they are able to see in one place what numbers/user extensions will ring when a specific key press happens on an IVR Menu.

All Company RC Contacts should display on new app
The old RC phone app included ALL users and extensions whether a unique email existed or not. The New App limits contacts to real user with unique email addresses. We have desk phones and virtual extensions within our company and it is impossible for all to have a unique email

ability to see how long a user has been online but inactive.
It would be beneficial to be able to see if users have their RingCentral turned on but have been inactive for a long period of time. This is needed for employees who are off site and their main responsibility is answering and making calls. Being able to understand patient complaints regarding our phone lines and the analytical provided by RingCentral is essential ensuring our office is performing at an optimal and satisfactory level. This would be applied to the RingCentral phone, app, and web.

Having the option to remove the pop up for inbound calls
I am referring to the pop up from inbound calls. Depending on what screen I'm am currently on, it will pop up and interrupt any typing until I move it. And since I can't type while looking at the screen ill type whole messages and not have anything typed.

Certain Backticks don't work on RC Unified App
The following backticks do not work on RC Unified app (screenshots attached) when they are actually suppose to work. As a result, RingCentral should add this backtick on the app. Triple backticks also are a feature of Markdown, so RingCentral should support all of Markdown backticks.

Prevent RingCentral App Window From Resizing On Incoming Call
When using the RingCentral app on my multi-screen workstation, I will dock the app to the left side of my left screen. When a call comes in, the app will undock and 'restore' itself, forcing me to re-dock the app after every call.

Additional Filter on the Call logs
Currently there is no way to filter the logs using the status of the call, whether it is in progress. missed or answered. It would be great if we can add a filter to check the status of the call on the call log on the portal or on the application so that we can check easily how many minutes a current call is.

Chrome Plugin Should Allow Meeting Defaults to be Customized
I should not have to modify my RC Video details in the right panel to remove require password or to just by default meeting ID. I should be able to set those and have the plugin remember my settings.

Please add the option to mask portions of an active call. We are needing to mask sensitive info during our calls.

the ability for Admin to review voicemail for sub-users in the Call Log along with the recordings
Currently there are far too many steps for the Admin to go through to review voicemail messages left for the other users. The current system is difficult and time consuming for the Admin who often wears a number of hats in addition to monitoring calls.
