  2. It will be useful because It will be hard if there are a lot of contacts added and have to search for them but if it is arranged alphabetically it will be easier to look for your contact

  6. In a comparable product line, there is an option to register (prove ownership of) a URL, and then all email addresses with that URL are locked to our account only. What is happening is employees are creating their own free accounts outside of our account, and then they have to adjust or delete the email address for us to apply the correct email in our account.   10. As an Admin, I need to forward voicemails from exiting employees to current staff for review, but the team’s information does not populate. It does not make sense to have this contact search feature embedded in the system when the company contacts are not available to search unless I add each individual to my contact list. Additionally, the contact list that I add within my profile will not transfer to another user. Since I have to log in as that user to be able to transfer the voicemail, my contact list will not display which defeats the purpose of me…

  11. If I uncheck the read message from the advanced settings for voicemail. If I listen to the VM on the email, it will still be unread in the system. I would like for those rare occasions that the email template include a hyperlink that if the message is listen via email, a hyper link to trigger that the certain message was read so it clears the light on the phone. You kinda already have this with the app but a link within the vm email is also nice.

I guess Ring Central decided to use keystrokes to enable a feature for (Transfer straight to VM), (Engage Paging), I am sure there are others.   14. When an account is set up to record calls automatically, new users should be set up that way automatically with the option of changing it to not record, not the other way around. In addition to that, this option/function should be included in the users' profiles instead of a completely different path and setup function. It is very misleading that, when our account is set up to automatically record calls, each new user added isn't set up that way as default, and there's nothing in the profile setup to indicate that it's a separate setting elsewhere in the system.

  15. 1) Call Screening: is enabled for callers who have no caller ID / not in my contact list / Always. However, a caller can be connected without recording anything, or pressing any key - Just by briefly waiting. Would be nice if the calls would just disconnect after 3 seconds if caller enters no input.

  19. There is a limitation in shared lines that you cannot do both incoming and outgoing calls at the same time. It is best if the feature can do that way, to continue to receive incoming calls while doing an outbound.
