If a user is 'Offline' exclude them from the call queues they are part of.
This creates a problem for us as the call queue group does not acknowledge that a user is offline so still tries to call them unless they manually turn on DND. Seems to be a floor in the system to have to manually update a users status to DND when they are offline and would not be able to answer the calls that are trying to be automatically put through to them.

Ability to select Calls to Merge on RingCentral App
RingCentral appExample: 3 callsWhen several calls are on hold, the app detects the last call as the "Active Call" even if you hold the last call and go to the 1st or 2nd call. So when attempting to merge the 1st and 2nd call, it will still merge the 3rd call when the merge button is clicked on the 1st or 2nd call.

Import Presence Settings
It would be good to have the ability to import a user's Presence set up so it can be applied to another user. I understand that there is User Template, but it would be time-consuming to set it up again.

Ringcentral to offer Indian number as IVN and Global office
For customers to identify callers that are calling India conference bridge numbersCurrently, as per India Global Conferencing Bridge Service. Customers are getting CLI (caller id) as 16033XXXX, which is in line with IGCS product design.As per Telco Ops Team
India IVN numbers and any local India numbers are reserved for Premium Conference and Meeting numbers.NOTE: Currently our contract with the NEW provider is that numbers are exclusive for Premium conferencing / Meetings use only.
Unfortunately, we can only provide numbers from the current provider (exclusive for Premium conferencing / Meetings use only).

Integration with Jabra SDK
Company Name: i247 GroupName: Ben Marchbanks- customer is using Jabra Xpress so that they can quickly and easily manage Jabra headsets throughout an organization.
- Jabra Xpress options, there is a setting to select "Preferred Softphone" but unfortunately RingCentral does not appear as an option.
- customer said their previous provider is Mitel and that is showing on the option on jabra express as "preferred softphone"
- was suggested by Jabra to coordinate with RingCentral and was advised that RC should use Jabra SDK to integrate with their headset.

Be able to receive voicemail from Message only extension through desk phones only The customer doesn't want to receive voicemail attachments and notifications sent to his email address. They don't want their email to voicemail attachments and notifications to avoid accumulating space from their email account.

it would be useful if we have the option to setup a fax recipient during business hours and after hours not only just one fax recipient for both, we have 2 users dedicated to receive faxes one for business hours and one for after hours.

Give ability to set an alternate park recall destination other than the original phone that parked it.
It's a problem that calls recall to a phone where someone may not be and then ends up in that user's voicemail. It would help if you could create a park recall queue group so that it rings several phones.

Add Malta MVP GO
The customer is experiencing issues making calls using a Maltese number and found out that the number is an IVN. We advised that IVNs are intended for inbound calls only. However, we do not support Maltese MVP GO at the moment. We need this added in future updates and all other countries with no existing MVP GO.

Add a badge to Cloud Office icon on Task Bar to show status
I sometimes forget to make myself available when I've left my desk. If the icon in the Windows (or Mac) Task bar showed a 'badge' reflecting my status I would be ale to see if I have forgotten.

Update the list of local mobile numbers included in the Domestic rates
There are a lot of UK mobile numbers that say "Destination disabled" when called. The numbers are not included in the list of premium numbers that can be enabled in Billing > Calling rates > Domestic rates in the Admin Portal, like 0748 numbers.The list should be updated so end users can enable the numbers when needed.

Add Shared line on a User Extension's Call Handling.
The customer would like the Shared line to be added on the Call Handling of a User Extension. Once the Main Company number is dialed when a user extension has been selected they want to be able to include the Shared line on the Call Handling of a user extension to ring which is currently not working.

Live Report License assignment/management
Live Report Licenses currently do not allow for licenses to be assigned in bulk. Ideally a license would be assigned as a function of the user Role assignment. This would include the application of user templates with the license assignment enabled.
