  1. It would be useful to add extra digits to incoming phone numbers displaying on my phone. I found this feature to be usefull (it used to be an option) because it told me right away that it was a business call via ringcentral. I use my phone also for personal calls, so this made it easy to screen them

Another feature that may be included in this is an option to allow a "Text" message to just come from the main number, so clients don't become confused by all the various phone numbers associated with our office. Please add this feature for texts, so it matches the main phone # associated with our business, to come from one source number to keep client confidence by not having to text from a bunch of different numbers creating confusion, and distrust by reaching out from all these different numbers with each different extension.   6. Our company has many stores across several states. As RingCentral works now, if store A parks a call, there is nothing that stops store B or store C, etc, from picking up that call. It happened today simply because one store accidentally put in the wrong digit when they went to retrieve a call from park. The caller/customer was aggrivated because it then took them some time to figure out what store the customer had originally called. If the park numbers could be specific per site it would help.   9. Currently, on Glip (RC Unified app), under Direct Messages, whoever sends you the most recently message will be the one to appear first on the list.Along with that, there is also be a way for users and admins to filter out the list of users alphabetically.

  14. When scheduling in google calendars, there is an option for a RingCentral Video Meeting Add-on. However, if one wants to schedule a meeting without video, there is no option for just adding a Conference call, which there should be instead of entering it manually.

  15. When you call to leave a voicemail for another user, and listen to the message on your Polycom desk phone, it announces who the voicemail is from using a computer generated computer. I've been told there is no way to currently change this. We've done a custom recording for the "Record User Name" function in the users profile, but this doesn't affect the name announced when leaving a voicemail.

  19. I work with RingCentral App regularly. We often create groups that include many members of my domain and/or other domains. The issue is... the Team Admin must be from the creating organization. Is it possible for the creator of the Team to add Guest Admins from other organizations that can "Add People". This would be a huge help.
