  2. When you download a call report based on details it does not give a clean csv with all the data on one line. The simple does one line but all not fields, Should look like simple but all details of routing.

  3. I want to create a rule where people calling my line are automatically put on hold (not incoming) after hearing our welcome message. I can have multiple callers at a time and can't always answer the call to put them on hold, but I don't want to miss their call. We are a live show.

  4. The default keypress to go back to the Main IVR Menu from the Dial-by-name directory is "0." This contradicts the "0" function of each IVR Menu which is used for our receptionists. Please add an option to configure the keypress to go back to the main IVR Menu of the dialed number.

Hi Team,Clients looking to find updates have to go to admin portal, click on "Open Web Case" then change URL https://support.ringcentral.com/new-case to https://support.ringcentral.com/caseThis is the workaround we give clients. Wouldn't we be able to add a "Check Web Case Status" link on admin portal to make it easier for clients?Thanks

  9. RingCentral for Microsoft Teams1. Minimum of Application Administrator and User Administrator Roles2. Other screen shots in the Admin Guide indicate the service account also needs the Teams Administrator and Privideged Administrator Roles (Both of those are also highly-privileged roles)It seems to be very risky to login an admin with those privileges onto a foreign site. Kinda asking to be hacked - it doesn't matter which foreign site.Surely there must be a less risky method of this?   10. Want to block the unregistered SMS on the account by disabling SMS on unregistered numbers? Since the only option right now is once you block the number of incoming calls, SMS and fax will be blocked but we need only blocking the SMS only

  11. SMS can be backup to a third party cloud system such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox and ect. This is for them to retrieve it just incase the system or accidentally deleted the SMS

  12. If I could suggest one potential improvement to pass on to the engineers to include in a future update. The downloaded Detailed Call Logs have a column for Result Description. The “Receive Error” Action Result has a Result Description of “Receive Error.” Adding a more detailed Result Description could be beneficial.

  13. Would be nice to set custom default view filters for the unified inbox (aka only view voicemail and texts to keep faxes separate, only view certain shared voicemails, only view voicemail, etc.. I know you can view voicemail under its own tab but you cannot view multiple shared voicemail extentsion at the same time.

I wish to be able to create a subscription to deliver weekly reports based on a specific queue and date range, which includes ALL calls (answered and missed), including the expanded trail of each call. Unfortunately, Performance Reports in Analytics only produces answered calls and does not include missed calls.

  17. I have several locations, I want to be able when I close one location I want to be able to forward calls to my other locations. So Ideally I want a messega to be played saying that we are closed but they are being forwarded to another location.

  18. Hi,The customer would like to have a conference call from the call queue members.please find the below verbatim"People dial one number which is associated to RC call group. Several members are contained within. I want all the member's phone numbers to ring simultaneously, but ideally, I want the people to answer one by one, and for their numbers to continue to ring, so that eventually one big telephone conference call forms."

  19. Hello, From a User Template, we are not able to attribute site management on the Role (cf screenshot 'Template view'). From a User, we are able to do it successfully (cf screenshot 'User view'). Basically we need to have the screenshot 'User View' on the User Template side. This feature will be really helpfull for us. Could you please activate the site management from the template? Thanks.

  20. Today is 8/22/23 and until recently a voicemail received on the iPhone RC app would follow the custom tone you selected. Now it only alerts with the default tone for the iPhone regardless of what you select. This was working fine for the past year or more and needs to be corrected as the users (doctors, etc) can not differentiate between the notifications and the default 2 tone alert will not wake them from sleep when on call.
