  3. Our company uses a private team to share ideas about work and communicate to each other. Ideas or points are shared - it would be very help full if a search feature were added to find these items. Sometimes these points are not pinned so searching back days or months is very difficult. Another idea would be add a search feature by date. So if an idea or example was addressed at a particular time then it would found easier. IE - tax information around tax deadline in April.

Change availability status on ring central based on Zenoti Calendar appointments. i.e. I have an appointment that is checked in on Zenoti, my ring central will automatically be switched to not available and then will automatically be set to as available once I have closed out the appointment in Zenoti. I'm finding my staff forgets to turn their ring central back on after appointments and we are missing calls.

  7. Would like to have an option of choosing which location on the computer to save files like voicemail, recording, and others. It is very inconvenient to manually locate the file on the downloads folder and save it in a different location, instead of once downloaded you have the option to save it anywhere on your computer.

  10. Transfer customers to receive a text message when no one is available to answer the call.If no one can answer the call instead of the voicemail he wants to transfer the customer to a text message and the customer will receive a text message instead and will notify them.

  11. It would be great if we had an option to call a certain number and connect to IVR then allow to connect to send a page to the Paging Group. The current RingCentral setup only allows pages from user extensions within the account that are added to the list of allowed pages under the Paging Group

  12. Adding a pin to the app would make it so we can be compliant with federal rules around Contacting patients And protecting PHI. If the device was lost or stolen the Information on the app would have an extra layer of security e to prevent unauthorized access to patient contact information.

  13. On the MVP application, having a team edit option that unlocks a checkbox for the teams and/or direct messages so that they can easily be selected and moved in to folders. Use cases: New team is added and you want to select all of the direct members at once and move them to a folder for easier organization. A new issue has come up and several new teams have been created, this would allow you to move all relevant chats to one folder. New manager needs to add all of their direct reports in to a folder.

  15. We have seen repeated instances where fully legitimate callerIDs are being blocked by the RC robocall/spam filters. While this is a useful tool, in our experience the blocking can be too aggressive, to the point of blocking, for instance, a nearby county courthouse and a major medical provider's faxes. We recently ported a department fax line into RC and the department staff almost immediately started complaining about a big drop in quantity of received faxes. None of the sender's published fax numbers hit our call log, and it took us a while (too long) to figure out that maybe RC…

  16. RingCentral Provisioning should have full access to Web interface of Deskphones.

    The client has expressed the desire to remotely access the graphical user interface (GUI) settings of their deskphone, without the need for network connectivity. The requested functionality entails the ability to configure and modify all settings pertaining to the deskphone GUI, while being physically disconnected from the network to which the device is connected.

  17. Our request is that there be an option to have only calls to external users outside our company directory be recorded.
