  1. Currently the presence feature of showing busy to other users in the organization will only operate if the user extension was dialed directly. If one is apart of a ring group for a particular number, or a full number is dialed, that user will not display as busy when answering a call. They will only show busy if their internal extension was dialed. This is something that many of my Ring Central customers need to have in place as they operate off of one number passed down to a ring group.

  2. will have a feature that make outdoor device rings the phone inside the office . will have a feature like a ringer that when we press the button it will ring a group of phones.

  4. With the current version of 6.4.4 on the desk phones, the new Voyager headsets don't have the ability to answer, hangup, or adjust volume using the BT700 in the phone. Updating the phones to 6.4.6 is reported to solve the issue. See the release notes from HP.   6. Customer wants to know how to get the fax email come in by a specific name. They have about 2500 emails sent out to the same number, but don't have a way to search email for a specific client that they sent out. 2nd issue is that they have more than one company that use the RingCentral, but can only log in as one company at a time. Customer would like to be able to sort outbound faxes by name.

It would be great to have an option to forward all calls incoming from a call queue to some other extension if nobody is opt-in to the queue at the time, during business hours.As it is right now, if it is during business hours and no agents are logged into the call queue (Say there is a meeting that they all had to go to in the middle of the work day), callers are left waiting until the "Maximum wait time" is reached before any action is taken. We would like there to be some "default" option so that callers…

  8. To be able to enter a specific code to the phone before it can initiate an outbound call 1. Pick up handset, 2. Handset will request a code3. Dial special (secret code) 4. Caller will be authorized to make an outbound call

  9. As of now, screen caller only applies when dialing specific extension. However, it didn't work when dialing the Operator (pressing 0) and also on the Call Queue (since it appears to be auto accept). We would like to request that Screen Caller also applies to Operator's call handling where Screen Caller is turned on.

  14. Having all FAX receipts (Regardless of SUCCESS or FAILURE) show the Subject line text would help anyone viewing the receipt have a better idea of the subject matter of the FAX.

A user of ours asked if there is a way to turn off the part in Ring Central Max that shows users how many calls they have taken from queue, due to said users not taking calls after they hit their monthly quota. Would like a way to either block users from seeing this or turning it off altogether.
