  3. Please add a ringtone and/or notification for team pick up calls on the GLIP App. This would then allow the users to see when and who is ringing their colleagues number at the time.

  5. We want quick internal conference call phone numbers that our internal users can call. For example, extension 8505 or 8506 could be reserved for unlimited conference calls.

  7. Some folks communicate with me over SMS, especially those who don't work at my agency. Some folks communicate over RC Messaging. On the Windows, Web and Mobile app, I'm constantly losing messages or toggling between the phone tab (to get SMS messages) and the message tab (to get RC Messages).These are all messages. They should be in a single pane of glass. Requiring multiple clicks / taps to toggle between them is annoying and discourages me from using either.Additionally, putting SMS messaging under the same tab as the phone icon feels a little like an 'old' way of looking at…

  9. When having the main line forward to a group that rings out to certain users it should be able to also display the caller ID. It is extremely disappointing that this doesn't already exist as the phone number ID is displayed in the same situation making it difficult to understand why the caller ID name would not be displayed. In fact the inflexibility of programing groups is extremely frustrating. This shouldnt have to be developed, this should already by a feature.

  10. A default company team was created at the creation of the account. The use of this team chat was abandoned as there was limited control of users. However, every new employee that joins the company has access to this old team chat, which contains former employee names and all past conversations. That makes no sense from a privacy or security stand point. I cant believe RC has not addressed this yet.

  12. Every day I (as the owner) get new matters that I need to deal with - I don't assign them immediately to any particular employee because I need to deal with preliminary matters first. But I create the task so I don't forget it. Now when it comes time to assign to an employee - I cannot -- YOU NEED THIS FUNCTION - the ability to assign tasks to new employees AFTER THE FACT - what if an employee leaves or becomes sick and you need to put another employee on the task, at least temporarily.   13. I would like the call queue greeting to play before being transferred into the queue and not calculate as part of the time being in the queue. Right now, the time they spend listening to the "greeting" calculates in the average speed of answer.

  16. This is just feedback - I know they website has been going through changes. The changes make the processing on the site VERY slow. It takes over 5 minutes to just log in each time. Admins have to access the website so the speed of the app does not help unfortunately

  17. It would be great if we could create a team (public or private) add users and then once the team has been created, we have the ability to create Workspaces and sub-workspaces. For instance, I have a subcontractor I want to communicate with in my RC. I create a team titled ABC Subcontractor and then add the users that belong to that team. Under there, I have clients the subcontractor will handle for me so I want to create Workspace for each client. John Doe Workspace, Jane Doe Workspace.   18. We should be able to minimize the app to reduce the screen real estate used. The Apple minimize button does nothing and manually you can only shrink the window to about 1/3 of the full screen.
