  2. Currently as an admin I have the ability to archive all employees recordings or just myself. If I want to setup a handful of users to archive recordings I have to have that user log in and navigate them to the archiver tool. Downloading all recordings in the company is a lot of data. If I only have a couple teams that want back ups of their recordings then its time entensive to set it up.

  3. Polycom's limit is up to 3 expansion module. Please allow this to work with RC account as well.Customer's verbatim: Contacts are not spreading out to all expansion modules attached to the desk phone.Our receptionist has a Polycom VVX410 with 3 expansion modules attached. The expansion modules are receiving power and the onboard phone setting recognize the 3 connected modules. We have filled the receptionist HUD with 100 contacts to utilize the expansion modules.Only the first expansion module is populating with contacts.   7. I love the after hours feature for phone calls but it would also be super helpful if there was an after hours text option. So if a customer texts you after hours, they get a autoresponse saying your office is closed, ect.

Would love to have Azure AD auto provisioning be able to assign a phone number in the area code that corresponds with one of these attributes: addresses[type eq "work"].localityStringaddresses[type eq "work"].postalCodeStringaddresses[type eq "work"].streetAddressStringThis would help organizations that span multiple cities be able to use Azure AD auto provisioning on new accounts in the matching area code that matches the city or zip code instead of first available which might not match at all

  9. Some customers are unaware that they are under a contract or the contract was auto-renewed. Having the soft copy or documentation in the Admin Portal will be helpful to both the customer and RingCentral support.

What radio stations etc do when they have a call-in show is, "open the lines" be that 1, 4, 10, etc. A call screener picks up the call gets the person's name and question and adds it to the "green room" were the host can see the callers on hold. While on hold, all the callers hear the audio from the radio station. I got RingCentral specifically to do a call in live show "Living with Disabilities" Here are 2 companies that offer this service.   11. Contacts should be able to be tagged with a category - such as Customer, Vendor, Employee, etc. much like Google Contacts and countless others do to allow us more flexibility in exporting, syncing and searching through the contacts.

  12. Ring Central Message automatically uses characters such as * and _ as a pseudo-commands to format the characters inbetween them. It also allows the (now standard) use for control characters (ctrl-b, ctrl-u, ctrl-i) for formatting. Further, the formatting is not shown prior to sending the message, and worse, there is no limit (that I have come across) as to how far apart these characters are in a message.My idea is to have an option to turn off the use of printable characters as formatting commands.Use cases:Copy/pasting a mathematical formula with multiplication.   13. I recently opened up a Support Case with Ring Central Office Support regarding the ability to remove Fax Templates in Ring Central Admin Portal. I was told to submit this idea from the Office Support Team because currently Fax Templates can not be removed.

  15. Please add as an option for (1) multiple call queues to be selected under the company wide custom rule section of the portal's auto receptionist, and also (2) forward to external number. My caller needs all calls to be routed to at least 5 queues during the weekends only or to an external number right away without going to any individual extensions to setup forwarding there. So far we are unable to do so as the custom rule only has limited to 1 extension, 1 call queue, voicemail or announcement only which greatly limits their business.

  16. When I tried to use my RC number for Uber application. I'm getting an error " these numbers are VoIP number" It would be great to use RC number on any application without restriction.

  17. Many of us already archive our email and if both sent and received texts get sent to our email, we are archiving our texts through our email. It would save us the money and hassle of having to hire a firm to archive the texts specifically.

  19. When block all calls is turned on for an extension currently you are only able to add area codes and DIDs to the whitelist. This becomes an issue when the same CID is used for all devices, as allowing the CID would enable all devices to call the blocked extension. If the ability to whitelist extensions was added this would allow whitelisting of a single device.

  20. Calendar presence should not allow incoming calls in the app if in meeting status.This feature will help especially if in a meeting and not to receive calls. Status was automatically changed to in meeting thus it helps if this feature will be implemented.
