Add Job Title to User List Columns and to Filter
It would be nice to have the Job Title field added to the list of fields able to be added as a column in the User List in service web. Also add the Job Title field to the filter so I can filter by all users with the same job title.

On RC Classic it was easy to identify all the teams in which a person was involved already. This is helpful in the context of coaching an team management

[code] text formatting option
we send code snippets via Ring Central messaging and used to have the ability to maintain formatting and spacing by adding[code] to the message. We would like that functionality back and included in messaging formating

Fax - suppress the header on transmissions to not list the sender's full name!
Just like with the RingCentral Phone function, where the user can choose how their Caller ID shows up (as their actual number, or as the company's number, or as "Blocked"), it would be useful to have that option in the Fax functionality. Currently, even if the Custom or Blank (or None) Cover Letter option is used, the header still lists the full (first and last) name of the registered user for that number (example attached) :-(

disable the rollover
We are a small town radio station and we do contests and don't need the rollover feature when giving stuff away. There should be a way to shut off the rollover feature, so as to give a busy signal to our contestants.

Department Name Pick From List
Because the "Department" field can be useful for filtering users and reports, allow administrators to manage the department names and provide a drop-down pick-from list in the user configuration.

Roles and Permission specific template only
Roles and Permission specific template only that only target Roles and Permission and not being included on the current template. Reason behind is the feeling of too much risk using the template that might affect all the accounts settings if it was not reviewed carefully. Having it separated will give customer peace of mind and confidence to change the Roles and Permission knowing it will only affect that specific key.

Please allow us the option to remove the ignore button, so that agents do not have the ability to ignore incoming calls. Thank you!

Assign a live person/extension (or more for simultaneous ring) before hitting the IVR menus.
We have several retail stores. A few of these stores would like to have the option of a live person asnwering the phone before the customers hit an automated IVR. This gives them a chance for a personal touch before going to the IVR as a backup. We can currently do this by creating a new user extension (costing more in licensing) and using the call handling/forwarding options for a live person and the message options to transfer to the IVR extension. This costs more and junks up our address book (where we cannot hide any user/contact added).

Hot Desk Session Timeout setting by Role or Site instead of Company Wide
We have some sites which would benefit from allowing no timeout for Hot Desk sessions. We have some sites which NEED to have a session timeout, as people move frequently. Currently, you can only set a default session timeout which applies company-wide. It would be beneficial to allow some granularity in this setting.

Allow monitoring on emergency 999/112 calls
We run a suicide prevention line and sometimes need to call 999. To support a volunteer to make a 999 call we need to us the 80/81 live monitoring to support them though the call.Please could you enable this?Thanks

Money ring tone like it shows in notifications
I would like the money ringtone to sound when my phone rings with a business call from my forwarded ring central account. It is available for notifications but not for a ring tone.

Troubleshooting - save logs more than 48 hours
Support technicians always asked for call samples/logs that occured within 24-48 hours because they will no longer show on the RingCentral records. This is causing delayed resolutions to multiple issues that are being experienced by the users.RingCentral could have the logs to save logs that are more than 48 hours to troubleshoot the cause of the issues reported on the calls.

adding custom fields like social media urls in the user profile section
I have users asking for the ability to add their social media urls to their profiles. Admins should be able to add custom fields like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn to the user profile section. Right now you have Name, Email, department, company, phone number, website these are very basic.

DND for Invisible Status
Make it so when you go invisible, DND is enabled as well so you do not get calls. We have receptionist that sometimes leave during office hours and the DND status makes it look like they are in the office still when they are not.

Allow Queues Business Hours to use Company Hours as a fast option
When setting hours for each individual queue, there are two overriding options, 24/7 and Custom. I think if ytou add another one, "Use Company Hours", then for companies that have mulitple queues, they only need to change their hours in one place instead of for every queue. Around holiday time, it takes a long time if you have 10+ queues to update.

Small Company main voicemail go to two extensions
We have a small company set up under a main phone with extension 101 & 102. When a call doesn't get answered the voice mail ends up only in ext102 computer app. But this voicemail is not visible from any other location (ex cell phone app). In our cituation it would be very handy that when a call comes in to the main phone the voicemail be able to be left in both ext101 & 102 computer and cell apps. thank you for your consideration,Johannes Waldthausen
