  1. I have users that report that when they are already in a meeting or call, the RC app will still pop up a reminder that they need to join the meeting - which they are already in. RC should already know they are in a meeting.

  2. in the context of the integration of new employees, manager and new employee must do a call together with customer for example, but manager should not appear in call but could listen and also speak if necessary.

  4. Use Case: Our office works in shifts and use desk phones at each station. The phones are assigned to desks and the employees log into the phone during their shift. We would like to be about to page to the office, regardless if someone is logged into the device. Hot Desk phones are not listed as an option for a DEVICE to receive a page.

  7. Customer wants to have the option to disable merge iPhone Contacts on their RC app mobile when sending SMS on a number that is not added on their contacts.Customer is seeing "enable iPhone contacts" if they try to send SMS to a number that is not save as their contacts.

  8. It would be great to add the ability to received notifications for missed calls for delegated calls. Often the Executive assistant needs to return missed calls and if they do not have access to the notifications, it's very limiting.

  10. Sometimes we need to create a conversation between two or more people. Often, you can just cut and paste the email and click enter. The contact will then be added to the list of email(s) you wish to connect with (to intiate a discussion). This is the same for a direct message or group or team.The issue:Often a cut and paste will include mailto:abc@company.com.RC App will hate the "mailto:" prefix and consider it a bad email. Is it possible to simply trim/ignore the prefix automatically upon validation?

  15. When I click a web link, RingCentral isn't on the list of available phone apps by default in Chrome, Edge, IE. Firefox allows you to pick a program from Windows file explorer, but the other 3 don't, they just provide a static list.RC should ask to be set as the default phone link handler and update whatever registry value necessary, or at the least it should add itself to the potential program list to handle

  17. We have run into issues when one deskphone in a ring group is unplugged for one reason or another and the ring group stops working correctly. The inbound call rings for maybe half a ring and then hangs up on the caller.We have also run into issues when a user within a ring group forwards their deskphone to another deskphone. When this happens all calls to that ring group only rings the deskphone on the receiving end of the call forward.Other phones systems that I have worked with have a complete separation of the ring group and the endpoints.   18. It would be extremely helpful to have the call queue set up so co-workers with only the desktop app (no physical phones) can have calls forwarded to them from a specific extension. That way, if an employee is busy and needs help with phone calls, then a co-worker can pitch in and have calls forwarded to them. For example (names and extensions made up), both Nick and Joe only use the desktop app and do not have physical phones, but Nick at extension 123 needs help with his phone calls. Currently, SMS and fax email notifications for non-assigned/non-direct telephone numbers are emailed to the email address that is set in the RingCentral operator extension.The only way to redirect those email notifications is to change the email addresses used by the operator's extension, or to add a specific extension to unassigned or non-direct (i.e. auto-attendant) telephone numbers.
