Can you create a call queue which has callers waiting and announces which number they are in the call queue before their call is answered.
For example if 10 people are calling and waiting it announces what number they are on the call queue.

Option for Second missed call delivery to originating Ring group Voicemail
In the ring group call flow, forward the voicemail to the ringgroup voicemail, if the forwarded call queue missed the call.
Scenario: If all agents in the Ring group missed the call then it will be forwarded to the Call Queue, then if the call queue missed it, then forward the call to the Originating Ring group voicemail, (Second missed call delivery)

Request for Customization: Default "Thank You for Calling. Goodbye" Message in IVR Menu
We would like the ability to customize or remove the default "Thank you for calling. Goodbye" message that plays when a caller takes no action after the prompt is repeated three times in the IVR menu.
For businesses that prefer fully personalized greetings, there should be an option to edit or remove this message—just like other customizable greetings and messages within the RingCentral Phone System. This would help maintain consistency with a company’s branding and communication style.

Deal with basic number formatting
We are a multi national, and so are our customers. so our customers email signatures are formated with their international numbers.
we would like to beable to copy the number from their signature and paste it in to ring central, and for ring central to call them

When I'm trying to download multiple documents at once it downloads those documents in .json file, it doesn't fix after restarting and redownloading one by one. On the other hand, downloading one at a time takes a lot of time and the problem occurs in one at a time also

Multi-site Number inventory
To make a cost effective Call Center with a Multi Site settings under Admin Portal, we suggest, if we can have different number inventory for every site we have instead of assigning the number to an extension. We want to see the list of number under which site that is ready for use.
