  1. I would like to see the "Answer page ring" feature on Mitel desk phones. Currently, paging doesn't work with Mitel desk phones when using Ring Central. Having this feature for user's would help greatly.

  3. The ability to configure the app/desk phone where the volume remains the same when there is an additional incoming call.

    Right now, if an agent is on a call and a call comes in on the back line, the volume significantly decreases on the active call.

  6. I would like to be able to start my phones at 7:55am, 5 minutes before our normal business hours, but I cannot, I either have to do 7:45am or 8am, and it's annoying I cannot specify a time like 7:58am if I would like.

  9. Only the Super Admin can currently access all Unassigned Devices account-wide. When making a custom role or using pre-defined roles such as "User Admin," it can only access phones that were assigned to the group or site where the user is part of.

    There should be a specific role that can access and assign all unassigned phones of the entire company.

  10. It would be helpful if the timestamps listed for incoming calls and voicemails included the TIME ZONE where the calls originate. That way, when I begin making calls to customers at 8:30 am CST, I am not calling someone on the west coast at 6:30 in the morning, nor am I having to use a time zone calculator to try and find a customer who is in an appropriate time zone. RingCentral is promoted as an app that streamlines productivity. This feature would go a long way in helping RingCentral live up to the hype.

  11. It would be great to have the ability to schedule more than one call forwarding instance at a time for a single site/number.

    For example I have a site that just requested 6 separate days worth of forwarding but each day the call goes to a different one of our sites plus the start and end times differ from one another. Would be great to be able to schedule more than one at a time as this would lessen the work load of admins who handle these.

  15. The desktop app (at least on macOS) seems to ignore the ≈ character (U+2248 aka ALMOST EQUAL TO). On Mac you type this with option + x, but the RC desktop app types nothing.

  16. In MVP, when you select Forward All Calls to voicemail I suggest to have both calls and video calls all route to voicemail without having to set yourself to Do Not Disturb

  18. So far ring central cannot upgrade phone for out of warranty device even the equipment is purchase from them. I (the customer )will appreciate if this is an option without extra cost. case id 21865730

  19. PLEASE add a separate icon for voicemail on the left where you can customize tabs. The one for Phone the alert number includes missed calls and voicemails. There really really needs to be one just for voicemails.

  20. The current configuration in RingCentral allows for device names to be modified within the admin portal. However, there is a missing feature where these device names are not reflected on the switch port name, making it challenging for network administrators to identify devices connected to specific switch ports. Introducing the ability to display device names on switch port names in RingCentral would greatly enhance network management and improve overall visibility.
