Reference number on sent fax
Hi,There should be some sort of auto generated reference number on sent fax from which it can be tracked.When sent multiple faxes to some client and we need to point to one specific in it, there is no easy way.

On Hold Times Upgrade
WE would like the option to have a more time limit to when someone is placed on hold. We are a travel agency that will have multiple things to do. If we call an airline and they put us on hold for 2-3 hours (yes, this happened in Covid) we want the ability to flip and call a client on another line, then go back to the other hold line. Right now is not ideal. The system just cuts the person on hold off.

Allow meetings with teams to be scheduled.
Most of the time, managers want to have meetings with their teams. They also want to be able to schedule these meetings in advance. Almost ALL other meeting apps have this feature, it's nothing new.

@mentions - Comment on Task Directly without leaving @mentions
@mentions - In Ring Central Classic (Glip), we are able to work quickly through our mentions by selecting the messages, which opens the task in whatever team the task is and it opens in the right hand column and allows us to comment directly on the task within @mentions without having to switch to the team the task is in. I have attached a screenshot of the Ring Central Classic app that functions correctly for representation. Seperate integrations from the user who added them
Right now in RingCentral Application integrations are bound to the user who created them. This causes risk for our development teams as if someone departs the company who added a key integration, that feature breaks and will need to be recreated.

Call Me number not saved when inputted in RC app on mobile
When connecting to the meeting audio using the Call Me feature on the RC app on mobile (both iPhone and Android), after typing in the number, the next time the user connects to meeting audio via Call Me feature, the user will need to type in the number once more.There should instead be a way or a box that users can check to save the number for next time, so that users don't have to type their number.

Preview of number of pages attached when sending fax
The idea is about getting a feature where our system will be smart enough to count the number of pages attach to fax. This will avoid customer in resending faxes only to find out that they exceed the maximum number of pages can be attach when submitting fax.

Button on main screen to silence Mobile App
Ability to have a button on front of Mobile app instead of hunting through settings to silence phone. Nice option would also be able to set time for how long to silence manually in either 15 minute intervals selectable to forever.Maybe integrate into avatar icon - with long press or something???

Custom Rule under que - option to Press 9 for phone directory
When setting a custom rule for call handling under a call queue allow one of the options to include the option for the caller to press 9 to get to the phone directory so they can leave a message in the appropriate mail box. We would like to use this for holidays or other closures, however we don't want all the messages to be in a single number or spread out randomly amongst the que.

Allow user accounts without direct numbers
Hi, we have a lot of team members who don't need their own phone number, all calls should come in via a group and the outgoing CLI should be that number as well. we don't want staff to have individual numbers at all because then they are tempted to give them out and then when they leave we have to put forwards in place etc.

Mobile Notification Settings per Team
Request is to add ability to turn on/off Mobile Notifications per Team. We have created quite a few Teams within RC. Our employees can be included in multiple Teams but may want to only receive Mobile Notifications from certain Teams. Unless I'm missing something Mobile Notifications are either all on or all off as opposed to having the ability to control notifications per Team.

Call Log differentiate between READ and UNREAD calls
When there are a lot of phone calls, and for quality and training purposes you are monitoring the calls, and it is very hard to keep track of which phone call you already monitor, and where you up to. SOLUTION will be to differentiate between read and unread calls, (like how Emails and Whatsapp work, first it's UNREAD, and after you click on it it's changed to READ).it will be very useful for all client using the recording feature

allow changes to meeting e-mail template
The template for the ring central e-mail invitation can not be edited, except one produced. Allow the edit to customize the e-mail to your company and wording. A no brainer if you are trying to customize the service!

Ability to Type Instead of Speak During Phone/Video Calls
People that have difficulty speaking, or cannot speak, cannot use RingCentral to place a phone call or speak during a video call (they could use chat, but this feature is something we would like to extend to video calls as well. We would like for someone to have the ability to place or receive a call through the app, hear the caller, and be able to type their responses and have that response read back to the caller.

Ringcentral should have a global push option where i can change all of the users settings at one time.
such as the time zones, the main call out number etc. etc... this is very pertinent in the way big orgs work. please make this happen.

RC app Events feature enhancement
- Events should be easily copied from one date to the next. Can't do that at all now.2. Events should be allowed for bi-weekly scheduling. Now you only have monthly weekly, daily options.

Allow an account to have lines on more than one pricing plan
We have 150 phones on the Standard plan. We would like 10 of our phones to have the features from the Premium plan. Our rep tells us we would have to move all our phones to Premium to get the features that we only want on 10 phones. We would be willing to pay the $100 per month for the 10 phones to be on the Premium plan but we are not willing to pay $1500 per month to put all the phones on the premium plan when we will only use the features on 10 phones.

Improve on the "Add Phone" Experience
On an existing extension, selecting Add Phone under Phones & Numbers> Phones the screen shows the annual charge if you already have licenses and inventory available. There should be more information on this page about how many licenses you currently have available, and what will be used during this "transaction" -or- at the final step, show a $0 additional charge.
