Allow admins to deauthorize app/browser logins
Currently, there is no possible way to logout a user from any or all devices other that changing their password. This is problematic.

Have an option for things to repeat every other week
There are task that have to be performed every other week. This helps allow teams to stay on track if we could get this function set up. I have been duplicating boards for the biweekly task in the classic glip. Now in the new version I cannot duplicate the boards.

Make "Post Message Via Email" dialogue accessible at top level team sub-menu
Said simply - make it work the way it did in RingCentral (GLIP) Classic.On the left side nav for teams, there are the three dots for a sub menu for teams.Currently the options are:Mark as unreadOpen team profileNotification preferencesMove conversation to...In Classic there was a menu selection for "Post Message Via Email" that would get you the long nonsensical email address directly. Now you must select Open Team Profile and THEN click on ANOTHER three-dot menu. This seems like a huge step backward to essentially bury this function 2 more levels down.

Outbound Calling Blocked Numbers Notification
RingCentral periodically blocks US numbers due to suspected Fraud. It would help if we received an advance notice of this as well as what numbers are going to be blocked.There are instances where the numbers that end up being blocked are actually conference numbers that a lot of people use.Without prior notice, it comes as a surprise when we are suddenly unable to attend a conference call, especially if it is for medical and legal emergencies.

Leave blank space between extension on the desk phone
It would be nice to be able to leave blank spots on the desk phone, when you have an extension insert. That way you can have your main people on the phone, and the rest will be on the extension insert instead of the misc. people split between the phone and insert. It would actually look how it is displayed on the preview screen.

Show Call From number in RingCentral App
The Ring Central Phone would show the Call From number during the call. This was a great feature for when you would leave a voicemail you can provide the correct callback number. especially if you have multiple lines. however the phone app is being discontinued. I would like this feature moved into the new Ring Central App. Currently the App will sow the Call From number before the call starts (so you can change to a different number if you need). but as soon as you make the call it disappears.

Parked Call Glip Message vs. Text
The pre-formatted message that comes up when you park a call in the desktop app is great! But it sends a text message. Our users are using Glip. Possible to give an option to copy text to a Glip instead?

Faster Authentication Process
Normally, with the automated system asking for authentication, and eventually getting a support representative who also has to authenticate me, it usually takes 10 minutes just to get started on a problem. Hoping we can find a way to shorten this. Such as maybe accepting the automated authentication, so that the support rep no longer has to do so. Just a suggestion.

Ring Central App on Computers Circle with Initials
Hello - in the app on the computer in the message section my circle with my initials was Red and my business partner was green. Then one day the app made us both blue. I called to have it changed back and they said the system generates the colors and they can't be changed. Our conversations now are very hard to read through as we both now show in blue so we have to pay attention to what they initials are. It may sound trivial, but it is a pain now.

Change "number of rings before trying next member" and "maximum caller wait time in queue" to 1 minute increments.
Currently the "number of rings before trying next member" options jump from 1 to 2 to 5 minuets. It would be helpful to have the choice of 3 and 4 minutes as well. Currently "maximum caller wait time in queue" options jump from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, or 15 minutes. Please add 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14 minute options.The reason this would be more helpful:It would allow for more flexibility of ring and wait times.

share voice recording in glip from phone or web
should have a record message button, pressing it would record a message and allow you to send a recording in a chat, participants would then be able to listen to recording and share it

Show last name or last inital in groups
Names displayed in direct message groups have no last name or last Initial, making it hard to distinguish between people with the same first name.

Change RingCentral App task completion symbol for multiple assignees or provide more information for viewer
Currently, Glip tasks with multiple users assigned have a progress bar. Most of our users reported they did not know where to go to check off that they completed their part. There needs to be more information given to the user to let them know that they need to click on the status icon to update their part of completion status. for that group task.

Toggle rollover Pop-Up on numbers in RC App
The pop-up you get over your mouse when rolling over a number in the RC Application can be annoying. It prompts you to 'Call, Text, Add Contact' and most people don't utilize that. a Toggle Option would be appreciated.

Microsoft Teams is set as priority for Mic Permissions
When Ringcentral and Microsoft Teams are running side by side, Ringcentral desktop App will have errors asking users to allow microphone access. Not sure if this is something that could be fixed on the Ringcentral side.

Add Re-assign option for users that have left the company
there should be a one click option to re-assign a new user to an ext. this would automate the clearing of voice mail, txt and other thing and then allow you to just enter in the new user info (name) and new e-mail address and then you can send new invite to activate the new user

Feature to notify a user that he is logged in to a HotDesk phone and the ability to choose to logout.
This feature will allow the user to logout via notification to be able to login to another HotDesk phone on another location. Without notifying the admin.

Hold music doesn't respect party placing call on hold, uses target
The hold music between two RingCentral parties uses the settings for the person called, not the party that places the cold on hold. This is bug as it doesn't respect the settings of the party placing the call on hold.
