Option to connect an application to a RingCentral number in receiving MFA
I have tried to reset the MFA in the admin account for the user and it doesn't do anything. I don't want it to go to the ringcentral app I want it to go to an MFA app if that is possible. like a 3rd party app you enter the mfa code into.

Add a Billing Alert/Notification Management to Indicate when a New Charge is Imminent
There already exists a notification for SMS usage which warns the customer that they have reached 90% of the monthly SMS allocation. The concern is that most products/services offered don't alert admins that they are trending toward overages, and instead simply charge the overages to the account.
The ask is to create alerts/notifications for all items that could potentially trend toward overages being charged. Ideally, there would be a way to manage these notifications such as:
Specify who will receive billing alerts
Whether these alerts come in via SMS or Email

Our security if very high and we found that this was turned on by an admin however, it is not being logged anywhere in the system. We would like to track these types of changes.

Having 1 Desk Phone with Multiple Digital Line
I want to have 1 desk phone with multiple digital lines, whereas if I press the button on my phone, it will dial out as another line than the one that's currently provisioned with my phone. I can do this before with my previous provider. Hope this feature will be implemented soon.

Turn off/on the general line from mobile app
It would be great to have the possibility to turn off/on the general line from mobile app. At the moment there is no possibility to do it and all the calls are being displayed as missed, however I don't need them to be missed or to be notified about it if I accidentally forgot to turn off the GL in the PC app.

Seperate DND for Desktop and mobile app.
The user is inquiring about having separate DND for Desktop and mobile apps. So that when the user is at work she can put DND on mobile while still answering calls on desktop app.

When receiving multiple calls on desk phone, have it ring/beep with audio
When having a second call comes through while I am on my desk phone with a client, the second incoming call does not make any alert sounds/beeps/rings. It only notifies on the desk phone that there is an incoming call. It would be nice to have the desk phone beep or ring while I am on the other line to notify that a second caller is calling.

Add Conference Number as one of IVR key press
Able to add the conference number as one of the key press options so the caller will no longer have to manually dial in the number.
