  1. We have a Ringcentral account and we are under the impression that the extension on our account are already set to automatically record however upon checking we need to manually add them, it would be helpful to enable the automatic call recording for this extension when they are newly created

  3. In the desktop version under "Messages" each folder has a quick sort of: Pinned, Files, Images, Tasks, Links, Notes, Events, Code Snippets, and Apps. On the mobile version only Files, Pinned, Tasks, Events, Notes, Links are available. I need Images to be available on mobile as well as desktop.

  5. Customer wants us to include the RingCentral greeting for Linked RC numbers in Google voice. Right now, by default, the Google voice greeting is being played.
    The Call forwarding option for Google voice is not working, as they need to add the contacts manually to make that work.

  10. Turn Off Filtered Words for SMS Texting

    We run a ketamine-assisted therapy clinic and are not able to use the word “ketamine” without it being filtered. This is seriously impacting our business and ability to communicate about the service we offer. We did not have this issue with iPlum or Google Voice and only switched to RingCentral for the added features. How do we resolve this so we can resume normal business? We need this single word uncensored. Please advise.

  11. We have observed that our users are experiencing a significant gap in their message history within the RingCentral app, specifically from July 2021 through April of this year. We would like to inquire about the process for restoring these missing messages for our users.

  13. Create a custom rule that can use partial DID or area code only as a "Caller ID" condition. Can use a wildcard * as placeholders

    Objective:
    I want to route inbound calls, using a custom rule, that starts with a +1 650- * * * - * * * * or +1 650-681-**** (Palo Alto) to a specific California call queue/user extension

    Current: You can add a number via caller ID as part of custom rule condition but it doesn't indicate if it's the first or last part of the DID or phone number

The customer found a knowledge base article explaining how to print a message thread from the RC app. However, this feature is not currently available in the app. The customer requires the ability to print message threads for legal purposes and would like this functionality to be implemented.

  20. • What issues is this solving for? - so the customer can use number '0' as their direct extension number
    • How will the feature help customer’s processes? - easy to remember their extension number
    • Who would benefit from it? - the customer
    • How should it work?- when searching for their extension in user extension tab, they will see their extension as '0'
