Geo Routing for Toll Free Number
When we were under Nextiva we set up geo-routing for the TFN phone number for Sales. if a person called from the southeast US, it would route to Georgia Sales, if the call from the Midwest, it would route to East Chicago. Everywhere else would route to South Plainfield.

Call and Text Icons to External Contacts from Call History
From RC App, when I go to Phone > Calls to check the call history, I want the Call and Text icons to be available. When I hover over my cursor to my External Contacts from Call History, it only shows Message and Video even if they don't use RingCentral App.
When viewing the phone app and communicating with someone who doesn't have RingCentral, users want the ability to communicate directly (call or text) instead of being notified to encourage contacts to become RingCentral users.

Silent Install of RingCentral app. via Intunes
Intunes is limited to mobile only, and silent install via intunes is not available. It would be great if silent installation via intunes will be available as it is more easy to execute to the other devices.

Email notifications for direct messages, even if there is activity in the app
I would like to continue receiving email notifications for direct messages, even if there is activity in the app, as long as the message hasn't been seen or opened within 15 minutes. In that case, the email notification should be sent after the 15-minute window has passed.

Wants to see the dial pad in the center of the screen
The user desires to have the dial pad displayed in the center of the screen, rather than having to click on the dial pad icon located in the upper right corner. Downgrading the app to the previous version is not a viable solution, as it will automatically upgrade to the new version after a few months.

New message app icon
Currently the app icon in the taskbar will show a little red dot at the top corner if there's a new notification. This can mean anything - a missed call, new voicemail, message, etc.
It would be really helpful if there could be a different way to indicate new 'message only' notifications. Something like a chat bubble icon that could be visible from the taskbar so it's visible at quick glance.

We need it as an option in settings, being able to choose on our own the time limit. I personally need more time for my RC website screen to stay posted while I work.
