  2. It would be helpful if we could set some kind of presence alert that notified us when a user becomes available. If we are trying to connect with another team member that is on the phone, we have to constantly check back to see if they're still on the phone. It would be nice if there was a notification you could enable to alert when they set their status to DND, so you don't have to keep checking your Ring Central application to see if they're available.

  3. Much better if we have this option. So if someone dialed one of our direct numbers and our customer service associate was on the phone with another customer that would put the person calling into a queue to be answered as soon as they were done with their current call.

  8. I have the option to add a different contact name using the same number but when sending a fax using the RC phone up, it detects the first contact I added using the same number when resending a failed fax. On the call logs if the fax was sent successfully the name is showing the first added contact using the same number.

  11. Please add a checkbox option in the User Details -> Security menu to force the user to change their password on next successful login. This is a standard security feature of most services being managed at an enterprise level.

  12. Similar to RingCentral Apps for Desktop and Mobile, it's very useful for Users to show up the name tagged to a Company Number assigned to Sites.Currently is only shows as Company Number if Users wanted to make outbound calls theu the RingCentral for Google

  14. When video calling someone else there is a very loud BOOOP sound, indicating it's "ringing". This noise is so much louder than every other sound on my PC and startling every time it happens. I do not see anything in the options to be able to disable this sound entirely or choose something less disturbing. Please offer the option to disable this sound entirely, or customize it with a drop down that includes silence.

We would love to see the ability to set up an auto text reply and apply it to certain hours, so that when someone texts our office after hours, they will receive an auto reply such as "AUTO REPLY: The office is currently closed. Texts are not monitored after business hours. For urgent needs, please call (xxx) xxx-xxxx." Currently, we are missing vital messages such as staff call-offs because they text our office instead of calling after hours.

  17. On the current presence of the phone (VVX 450) its showing both the users and the call queue that I am added. I wanna be able to remove the call queue/group that I don't want to see and add the ones that I want to show on the deskphone Currently its showing that call queues are automatically added on the presence once you are part of the queue and for that call queue to be removed I need to be removed on the call queue
