We would love if instead of setting business hours for the phones to switch to the night menus if we could hit the do not disturb button at night and it would automatically go to our night options. When we are in the office it varies on when we leave depending on what we have left to do. Instead of it going to night mode at 9pm automatically and us still being in the office for whatever reason we would like the option to turn it to night mode manually so we can answer possibly important calls while we are…

  5. Caller ID with name is a basic feature for every other phone I have and have had for several years. Even my cell phone now has free caller ID with name for no additional cost. The base level plan you offer already has more features than I need (Thank You) except for this feature. To upgrade to the next level just for caller ID doesn't make sense. Please make incoming caller ID with name a basic feature of all plans.

For current customers, and internal users when disconnecting the laptop from the dock or after a long period of shutting down, the RC app forgets the last configured microphone and speaker source. It reverts to the laptop source and needs to be changed manually every morning. It would be good for it to remember your last settings.

Currently, if attempting to migrate a RingCentral Office account from Single-Level to Multi-Level IVR admins receive a warning that much of their call routing and overall system configuration will be removed and must be reconfigured. It would be very nice if RC could figure out a way to enable the migration path from single-level to multi-level IVR whithout customers having to rebuild much of their system configuration.

  20. My company uses a wide variety of headsets, some USB, some Bluetooth. Each headset has various buttons for volume control, answer/hang-up, etc. Why don't these work with the Ring Central app? Why do Only Plantronics and Jabra headsets work? Every other program seems to function with these buttons on random headphones with out issue. Please fix this.
