  1. It would be helpful to display the Status text next to the profile button if I set a status using the Share Status option. Sometimes when I use the "Turn off" option on the red DND bar I forget to change my status. It would remind me to either change\disable it if it was always displayed in the RC app.

Currently, if you are on a Call Queue call you can receive a personal (direct) call at the same time and can switch to that call, reject it, etc. We have some smaller call queues where it would be beneficial for one person to be able to pick up multiple calls at a time. E.g. They're on a call queue call, see that another is ringing, and they put the original call on hold and tell the second caller that they'll be with them shortly (etc).Clearly, this would not be suitable in every instance but having the option would be…

When pickup members are also call queue agents, they can pick up multiple queue calls concurrently.The Call Queue Pickup feature allows any call queue pickup member to answer multiple queue calls concurrently. Currently, when syncing the RingCentral App with Office365 Contacts, the only contacts that are pulled are from the primary contacts folder, not the subfolders that a user may have created.It would be useful to eitherProvide for the ability to choose subfolders to sync with from the RingCentral AppJust recursively look in the subfolders and sync everything within RingCentral.

As a refuse hauler dealing with a couple thousand customers, it would be beneficial to be able to upload a CSV file of our clients on routes to send a text message from RingCentral that all would receive at the same time. Alerts reguarding Holiday pickup schedule, route changes, and past due bill.

  7. Hi,The only feature I have found lacking in RC is that there is no option to give callers the ability to escape from a queue by pressing a key on their handset. For example “if you’d prefer not to wait, press 1 to leave a message” which diverts the call to voicemail.Second example “if you’d prefer not to hold, press 0 to receive a callback” which diverts the call to an automated attendant where they are prompted to confirm their callback number (or enter a new one if they don’t want to use the caller Id of the number they…

  12. Administrators would like to disallow users from making changes to their individual user info but still be able to change their voicemail PIN. When unchecking user info, the user is not able to change their voicemail pin. The request is to be separate those permissions.

  14. In the past when we deleted a user, the number would go back to unassigned extensions, now it goes to number inventory. It's more efficient, because all the numbers unassigned ext would forward to our main number. With Number inventory you have to manually assign each number to a temporary (dummy) extension and forward.The old way IMO worked better with numbers going to unassigned ext after being removed from a user.

  15. After a fax is sent, then download it (using icon on right). It defaults to downloading to the local PC Downloads folder. However, in a business environment, we must be able to customize this to download to another drive and folder. Storing to local PC is not good.
