  2. I have a lot of chats (private and group as well), so I use folders to manage them. For instance, I have a Team folder with chats with my teammates. However, some of my teammates are members of different projects or teams. So, I want to add such conversations and chats in multiple folders instead of moving them to one folder.Another example.   6. The latest update moved the merge button from the main screen to a location 3 clicks deep. Previous location was more convenient and intuitive. A possible idea/solution would also be to make the button placement customizable based on everyday use and business needs.

  8. I am requesting that we add a second round-robin that rings members in a randomized order.We use round robin call queues for incoming sales calls. However, the longest idle approach simply rewards the laziest sales person. Ringing the sales people in a randomized round-robin would make more sense.

  9. As a customer service representative, it can be challenging to manage a high volume of calls while ensuring that each inquiry is addressed promptly and efficiently. One potential solution to this issue is the ability to receive calls through call queues while already on a call. I'm trying to add an 88 number for the Netherlands to our account and get the error "The number type and prefix you have provided does not match" I go to add number, choose Netherlands, then Geographic number then scroll down to the 88 - Location Independent numbers/nomadic and the error appears and I can go no further. If I go to Netherlands and non-Geographic numbers I don't get the option for an 88 number.

  13. Capability to add multiple extensions same users of some elsedesk phone. Currently, it will allow you to add 1 line per user.With this, can can utilize placing a call on hold and different extensions can answer it without affecting the other calls on hold on different lines.

  16. Customer ported in and had extension 112, when customers dial the 112 extension it says that it's invalid then hangs up on the caller. What customer wants to happen is when it's dialed it will say that it's an invalid number then be routed back to the operator instead of being hanged up on.
